“Ordered the electriQ 28" 4K UHD 144Hz Height adjustable Monitor yesterday came this morning .what a amazing quality monitor .the colour is fantastic HDR adds another level to game sharpness .hdmi.2.1 worked right away .4 k 120hz my son is going to be very happy I'm shocked that you get all this for £309 over half the price of other 2.1 hdmi monitors.”

“I don't know why a warning pop-up appeared saying Laptops Direct are "cherry picking" good reviews because in my books they don't need to do so. They fully deserve the 5 stars I've given them. Really good price. Very quick delivery (using cheapest option as well and not next day premium rate). Product as expected and in tamper-proof sealed box. So all in all I'm one well pleased customer,”

“I ordered a Synology NAS and Ironwolf Drives as showing dispatch same day and delivery the following day. However order confirmation stated 3 day delivery. A bit disappointing but I could live with that. After 3 days I check my order to find not dispatched yet! I send a query and am told it will come in a further 2 days. That then passed and still no delivery so I cancel the order and order elsewhere for next day delivery which was honoured. Still awaiting refund!”

“I needed a laptop for using in hospital. I informed LD that I would likely be moving to another hospital so paid for next day delivery. Next day all I received was a poorly written excuse and a offer to reschedule. I chose to cancel the order, now I am waiting for a refund with no clue when I will get my money back. No laptop and a bitter taste. I would not recommend this company.”
