“Ordered a new graphics card from them but had to return it due to my pc having developed a fatal error before it arrived. Got a prompt refund had to jump through a few hoops to get it though. Still can't fault them as it was a 3rd party suppliers fault. will us them again if i need to.”

“Ordered a Razer Blade keyboard from… Ordered a Razer Blade keyboard from them last week. Was told that it would come tomorrow (almost a week later) I was contacted multiple times by their aftercare and sales team to assure me that it will be with me along with my new laptop tomorrow. Then today I got an email which told me they can't send the keyboard out because the price has gone up. I purchased and checked out a week ago for £99.97 and today they have increased the price to £202.97. I did had to call them and was passed around on the phone for half an hour between 4 people who I had to explain the whole thing to multiple times. They did not honor the price and sent me a refund the day before expecting it. I still haven't had any confirmation about the refund. Secondly - I ordered a Razer Blade 14 gaming laptop that was promised to be delivered today. I have had no update and been on the phone for over 20mins and have been passed to 5 different people. They are now saying they don't have it in stock but they told me twice it will get to me today throughout the week. Disappointing service! Also note how you can't leave new Google Reviews because I'm assuming so many people are complaining. AVOID LAPTOPS DIRECT AT ALL COST!”

“Easy website to navigate. Had a couple of questions before purchasing a new larger monitor, so rang them & got all my questions answered. Completed the purchase online & delivered a couple of days later. All worked straight out of the box (apart from removing details of the old monitor from Windows). A very happy customer - third purchase.”

“Awesome customer service w/ full tech support! As I received both for my Acer Nitro 5 laptop which was replaced w/ a slightly different model build to my original laptop w/in 30 days of my original order, due to a fault w/ the laptop's battery not retaining it's charge! My replacement Acer Nitro 5 w/ a slightly different model build works fine w/ no issues to report @ all!”

“I am giving Lap Tops Direct a 5 star review for the following reasons. 1 Searching digital store front was easy and led me to suitable item. 2 Product ('electriq' /24" / 4K / monitor)was deeply discounted as refurbished. 3 Company kept me informed of package status. 4 Product arrived on time with no issues. 5 Product works as expected (actually beyond).”

“Over the past few weeks I have bought both a desktop PC and a new monitor. When hooking the PC up to my old (LED) monitor, I got some strange flickering / colour-changing but this disappeared when I tried using a flatscreen TV (via both VGA & HDMI). I was a little concerned that this problem might re-appear on a new monitor, but was reassured over the 'phone that my warranty would cover this. I need not have worried, as the new (24") monitor works brilliantly. A few moments to fit the stand, hook up to the PC and re-set to 75hz (OK, and a few more to change the audio output to my headphones) and all is working brilliantly. Very happy to recommend L.D.”

“Ok, sounds silly but I managed to order a ultrawide monitor that wasn't suited to my needs! My fault entirely, yet Laptops authorised the return, and after a couple of hiccups got it collected (special thanks to Lynsey Higgins for sorting the collection problems) and I have received a full refund. Sorry to have troubled you guys, excellent service all round, and I promise I will be more careful next time!”

“Delivery was very prompt - expected within a week, but arrived within two days. The only slight annoyance was that the order (screen + seperate cable) came in two seperate deliveries one-hour apart, despite ordering at the same time. Product is (as of 1 day use) excellent - looks new, although re-conditioned (A1 grade), worked immediately out of the box, and came with all necessary accessories. Great value for what I was looking for, and would use this service again.”
