“Bought a midprice laptop for my mum, to replace an ancient one she had. After looking around and comparing prices and specs online we decided on this one. Great value for money and fantastic delivery (arrived next day even though we didn’t expect it for a few days)”

“Purchased from their site and paid for the item in full, paying extra for next day delivery. Received email stating that the item had been despatched. This was not possible since they did not have the item in stock. The cover for the item I had ordered arrived but not the item itself. Customer services will get back within 24 hours but they can do little because they do not have it in stock. Yet they still charged for fast delivery and have retained my money. I requested a refund credited to my account - this cannot happen for up to 14 days. The reason I paid for next day delivery was because I needed the item. I am now stuck because I loose money if I go to another supplier who does have it in stock. The customer services/complaints line is so busy they are not accepting any further calls - shame they refused to accept my money. If you can't collect the item then leave them well alone and go somewhere more truthful.”

“I bought a laptop and got very good communication and timely delivery. Very happy with device although I had underspeced what I wanted. I had to upgrade the ram, again from laptops direct and it came real quick and now everything is beautiful”

“Ordered a Lenovo refurbed laptop, which was delivered to Spain rapidly and efficiently. Laptop working well so far. Re the email asking customer to write a review, can I recommend that you put a link in the email that allows the customer to immediately write a review and not either have to search for the Laptops Direct Co. on a generic site, or, in the case of the second link, actually have to create an account to write a review. I've made the effort as I have used Laptops Direct several times, but any other Co. I wouldn't have bothered. Make it short and simple!”
