“I was recommended to use Laptops Direct by a computer consultant who was helping me decide on a laptop. He filtered some choices for me on their website, based on my needs, but I found it very easy to explore further and I in fact located something else. An excellent price, Buying was super-easy, delivery as promised two days later, and so far I am delighted with the Asus A9-9425 laptop that arrived. Many thanks!”

“I spent a long time deciding on a new laptop and was helped in this by the site’s comparison tool. I chose an ex business HP machine which promptly arrived well packaged. One tiny indentation around the on off button, but it was described as NEAR perfect condition. Royalty happy with machine, price and service.”

“Purchased from their site and paid for the item in full, paying extra for next day delivery. Received email stating that the item had been despatched. This was not possible since they did not have the item in stock. The cover for the item I had ordered arrived but not the item itself. Customer services will get back within 24 hours but they can do little because they do not have it in stock. Yet they still charged for fast delivery and have retained my money. I requested a refund credited to my account - this cannot happen for up to 14 days. The reason I paid for next day delivery was because I needed the item. I am now stuck because I loose money if I go to another supplier who does have it in stock. The customer services/complaints line is so busy they are not accepting any further calls - shame they refused to accept my money. If you can't collect the item then leave them well alone and go somewhere more truthful.”
