“Working in the IT industry, im a repeat customer to Laptops Direct - website easy to use, pricing competitive and shipments arrive when expected. Most recent purchase was for a monitor that went EOL prior to shipment. Laptops Direct kept me up to date and supported the transition to an alternate, in stock, monitor that was delivered the next day. Proved themselves to be my starting point for any tech that the family or i need. Would definately recommend..!”

“One of the most fundamental things in sales is the sales receipt - and they didn't even email a copy. One of my friends had the same issue and had a runaround when needing to return a faulty item. They need to sort that out.”

“I was looking for a refurbished laptop for my son that he could do both his school work on from home as well as some gaming. I needed advice as I'm not PC savvy, so chose Laptops Direct as they were taking calls and emails during the covid lockdown climate. I had an extremely helpful advisor on email and phone who explained the terminology and emailed me a choice of options available, I rang her back to make an order which arrived a few days later. There were good email updates keeping me informed of the delivery. All in all I am extremely happy with the service (and the advisors' knowledge – thank you Gail!). My son is delighted with the HP laptop. Many thanks.”

“I ordered a monitor on 4/4/20, and I am still yet to recieve it. After numerous emails saying that they are waiting on suppliers to get in contact with them, they keep pushing the delivery date back. When I ordered the monitor it was listed on the website as 1 available. I now have a pc which cant be used until I recieve a monitor. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Product ordered is very good. I very nearly chose to purchase same item from Amazon , because I did not want to pay £9.99 for next day delivery. In the end I chose standard delivery and was advised the item would arrive by 11th May 2020 at the latest. However the item arrived the next day in any case and I did not pay for delivery.”
