“Firstly I ordered a product of theirs but it turned out to be false advertised which is against trading standards in the first place. Customer service was no help and to be quite frank very rude, abrupt and not willing to fix the issue, definitely not in the right line of work.”

“I'm very happy with my recently purchased OEM USB Webcam with built in microphone. It works perfectly and was very easy to start using straight away. The online purchasing process was very easy and quick. I also really appreciated the speedy next day delivery. All round an excellent service, i would definitely recommend.”

“The laptop I received was faulty and it was desperately needed for working from home - it then took a further 10 days to get refund from Laptops Direct and even then I had to chase them. To add insult to injury they've charged me £10 shipping costs, to receive a faulty item! This should be refunded, what have I paid postage for exactly? Don't take a chance with this company, use someone reputable like AO or John Lewis.”

“I bought a 'refurbished' Acer laptop that seemed much like new & after a week or so all seems to be ok. Delivery took a while longer than promised but no doubt that was due to Easter & Covid 19”

“Got the laptop I wanted for a cheaper price then what I seen online in other stores. Once my order was placed they contacted me with details of my delivery and when I should expect it which was delivered within 5 working, Highly recommend”

“Ordered on the 25th of March and we are now 17th of April and item still not arrived. Customer service is not helpful at all and they are selling items that don’t have in stock. They keep changing the date for delivery saying the supplier changed the day, meaning they just dropship and have no stock at all. Avoid at all cost.”

“Bad company and service I order Swann cctv And they booked for me to arrive on 15/4and they took money from my account after 10 day they cancel my order they said order out oft stoke why you dodgy company first you processed my order never use laptop direct and application direct again both same company”
