“Currently refusing to help me despite sending me a product which is not fit for purpose, not of satisfactory quality and had not lasted a reasonable amount of time. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is their obligation to resolve this issue yet they keep trying to deflect me to the manufacturer. I have supplied them with plenty of evidence and tried to work with them on this but even after having my case escalated, they are trying to avoid their legal duty. I haven't had a faulty product in the past so whilst their delivery and prices seemed okay at the time, they are certainly not a company I would recommend. I would urge everyone looking at the reviews to look for cases where there have been problems and I know I have been guilty in the past of leaving a positive review for a company based purely on delivery times and not on how they handled complaint and returns.”

“The price of 'next day delivery is 9.99 which is ridiculous, considering the courier still haven't delivered and are quoting the 4th of May. I orderes on the 30th March. Could have gone to ccl and got the product cheaper with actual next day delivery for 6.49 Glad I didnt order my gpu from them and wont ever return unless they refund the delivery cost.”

“The most reliable and trustworthy company I have ever used. Been buying from here for several years. All deliveries on time with plenty of notice. Customer service is best i have known. Cannot recommend these guys enough! I have bought a laptop, chargers and a samsung galaxy watch far cheaper than anywhere else with 1st class service every time.”

“Needed to replace my old power line adaptors,searched and found Laptops Direct. Netgear adaptors available at a competitive price and next day delivery, a certain big company delivery times were in excess of a week! Arrived in 48rs due to the current Covid19 situation, well packaged. Easy to install.computer system running great now. Thankyou”

“Absolutely shocking service wouldn't recommend them at all, let you order when item not in stock and have no idea when be in stock but yet still let you pay express delivery and give you a delivery date. But will not inform you there's been a delay and are extremely slow at replying an email a day off even don't waste your time, similar trend in the complaints same thing happening all the time taking your money and not even having the item”

“Firstly I ordered a product of theirs but it turned out to be false advertised which is against trading standards in the first place. Customer service was no help and to be quite frank very rude, abrupt and not willing to fix the issue, definitely not in the right line of work.”

“I'm very happy with my recently purchased OEM USB Webcam with built in microphone. It works perfectly and was very easy to start using straight away. The online purchasing process was very easy and quick. I also really appreciated the speedy next day delivery. All round an excellent service, i would definitely recommend.”

“The laptop I received was faulty and it was desperately needed for working from home - it then took a further 10 days to get refund from Laptops Direct and even then I had to chase them. To add insult to injury they've charged me £10 shipping costs, to receive a faulty item! This should be refunded, what have I paid postage for exactly? Don't take a chance with this company, use someone reputable like AO or John Lewis.”
