“Ordered an Asus Zenbook Flip with next working day delivery at £9.99 extra. DPD failed to deliver the next working day, Laptops Direct refunded my delivery fee straightaway with no quibble. Laptop arrived on next day, all working well, very pleased with my purchase, would recommend Laptops Direct but issues with DPD is nothing new.”

“Bought an Oppo mobile phone from them. All good. Took a 4-5 working days and a DPS delivery which had to be dealt with personally (no leaving goods anywhere), but that is understandable.”

“Ordered a gaming laptop for work use and paid for next day delivery nearly 3x weeks ago. The Laptop arrived the next day, all good so far. The next day the laptop wouldn't turn on so Laptops Direct organised for DPD to collect it. 3x weeks later and 4x phone calls later and i've still not got a laptop to use and i'm £950 out of pocket and every phone call i'm told they haven't even booked it onto their system to look at it yet.”

“Poor customer service. Refurbished laptop stated as grade A1 (as new) however arrived with a deep scratch on the screen lid. Could have been done during shipping as packaging was poorly done. Tried to contact Laptops Direct customer service to check condition but had no response. Laptop functions perfectly so no problem, just the buying process was unsatisfactory.”

“I was a bit uneasy before placing the order for a used Pixel phone - which was considerably cheaper than any other similar options on Amazon. I'm just glad I took the risk - delivered in two days, working perfectly, looks and feels new. Thanks guys.”

“Ordered a HP laptop on 2nd January 2020. Selected free delivery expecting delivery on or before 17th January 2020. Advised by Email of sameday despatch. DPD delivered next day, 2 minutes into one hour delivery forecast. Item was in manufacturer's packing and appears to be working perfectly.”

“I was buying a 12Tb Ironwolf Pro hard drive from Laptops Direct. The salesman, I believe his name was Simon B, but we’ll call him Mr Bull-Hitter. He assured me delivery would be two days (and one of those days was the BH: New Year’s Day). It’s now been 8 days since placing the order and I still haven’t received the drive although the courier is claiming it will be delivered today. I don’t yet know if the drive will be delivered in perfect condition. Guess who won’t be getting any more of my business?”
