“Just made my fourth purchase from laptops direct, my first from their website. I find them excellent, never had a problem at all. On previous purchases from their Huddersfield store I’ve found them helpful. This time, via their website, was no different. They shipped the item quickly, gave updates etc. The price I paid was the best to be found online.”

“Placed an order on Saturday evening, delivered Monday lunchtime. Bought for my wife, she can do a lot of work from home, but our old laptop just couldn't cope with the amount of emails and spread sheets. After listening to her problems all day Saturday I bit the bullet and got the order in. She's been the model of productivity thus far this week.”

“To start the review I want to point out to real reviews out there: reviews.io have mentioned that laptopsdirect is cherry picking the positive reviews so most of the positive feedbacks are fake. Fraudulent company. I bought about one hundred power supplies 750 Watts EVGA Gold from Laptops Direct. 3 years have passed, seria numbers of them still unconfirmed with Laptops Direct which stops my warranty process. The EVGA manufacturer is telling me only to speak with the place of purchase if goods were not bought directly from them. Currently I have like 20 emails correspondence with whoever is responsible from Laptops Direct. Customer service is not helping me with this problem. They redirect me to main manager and tells me she should reply by the end of today which is not happening. I have asked for this serial numbers like 5 times already. Right now I am sick of this and will be starting court process against this company because they have sold me the product which does not match my purchase.”

“Fast, efficient, good communication. Tried selling extra stuff I don't want but I guess you can't blame a company for that. Product is good. Extended warranty reading through it ain't all that special. But hopefully won't need that. Found the company good overall.”

“Ordered an Asus Zenbook Flip with next working day delivery at £9.99 extra. DPD failed to deliver the next working day, Laptops Direct refunded my delivery fee straightaway with no quibble. Laptop arrived on next day, all working well, very pleased with my purchase, would recommend Laptops Direct but issues with DPD is nothing new.”

“Bought an Oppo mobile phone from them. All good. Took a 4-5 working days and a DPS delivery which had to be dealt with personally (no leaving goods anywhere), but that is understandable.”

“Ordered a gaming laptop for work use and paid for next day delivery nearly 3x weeks ago. The Laptop arrived the next day, all good so far. The next day the laptop wouldn't turn on so Laptops Direct organised for DPD to collect it. 3x weeks later and 4x phone calls later and i've still not got a laptop to use and i'm £950 out of pocket and every phone call i'm told they haven't even booked it onto their system to look at it yet.”
