Bought refurbed Lenovo ideapad 330 £244,ordered 09.08.19, delivered next day Saturday had to pay for that. Loaded an Microsoft office 365 programme + a couple of apps. 02.11.19 with in the 90 day return time I asked to return it as it was running so slow it could take well up to 30 minutes to start. it took my wife all day on the Sunday to type up a CV. After numerous attempts to find out what was causing the problems.on 03.11.11 again asked to return it only to get an automated response, tried again 04.11.19 another automated and again yesterday so went on their website to request return only to see I had one already open, so I telephoned them on hold for 20 minutes, got bored had coffee and tried again still got put in a queue for 15 minutes then gave up again. So yesterday 05.11.19 decided to do a factory reset, started at 16.00 hrs 5 hours later no changes made processor fan running flat out screen locked up no movement on screen whatsoever. Started again today 06.11.19 at 16.00 hrs now 21.14hrs have Lenovo logo on the screen ant message, resetting this pc 40%. During the past few days I have repeatedly asked for my money back but for some reason they don't reply. What next we'll have to wait and see.

Ordered an S9 Note along with a power bank. They both arrived next day as stated on the website to my local outlet as requested. Found this product at the price I was prepared to pay , fully sealed. Found the website easy to use and the service very prompt. The lady who dealt with the order at the out let was both very pleasant and welcoming

The product it’s self is just what I wanted accept they didn’t state clearly there were no speakers internally with my product. However I haven’t had any problems and it all arrived on time . My only concern was the customer service is terrible and the emails were delayed and didn’t come consistently to tell you what was going on with ur product.

I purchased an HP laptop from Laptops Direct. It was delivered safely and sooner than I expected. The laptop worked perfectly out of the box; I opted for the pre-sale checkup and it was worth it. I am very pleased with my laptop.

The Good: The new laptop is brilliant, it arrived earlier than expected and they gave me £97 for my old laptop. The Bad: Communication is shockingly bad and they charge 13p minute for customer service calls which never got through to an agent. There is no live chat and they only actually answered one of my 4 e-message attempts.The laptop I exchanged ‘disappeared’, which I chased and a voucher was subsequently generated, no associated comms. Applying the voucher, as there was no online facility to apply it, I had to call them and they promised to sort it... they didn’t! Another later e-message saw the £97 appear in my account.... again no comms! I e-messaged them again to obtain an invoice showing the exchange amount.... still nothing. Nothing is more frustrating than bad communication. At least I have my new laptop with which I am very pleased.

I ordered Nas box & 2 Nas hard disks with rpxress delivery. The box arrived on time . The hard drives had a delay of one day and due to laptops direct settings , I was not able to change the delivery address. Still after 10 days the hard disks are not delivered. I called help desk and the main answer was I cant help you ,I can't help you. They suggested to refuse delivery when the driver deliver the parcel. But I can't even do that because still DHL has not deliver it. The result is I had a system sitting idle for more than 10 days and Laptop directs answer is I can't help you. I am not going to buy anything else from this site.

The prices were competitive. The response to the purchase was prompt. The Laptop was delivered within a couple of days. Much less time than originally quoted. The laptop arrived well packed. The delivery company contacted me beforehand to let me know when the delivery would be. I had no reason to contact Customer Service and have no need on this occasion to use their returns service.
