“AVOID AT ALL COST! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I BOUGHT A NEW MACBOOK LATEST MODEL 2019 IT ARRIVED WITH FAULTY BATTERY/HARDWARE AND NOT FULLY FUNCTIONING KEYBOARD. I'VE BEEN CHASING LAPTOPS DIRECT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW TO REPLACE MY UNIT (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!) AND STILL AS OF TODAY THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED IT! YOU MAY SPEND 10 POUNDS LESS FOR A UNIT BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT! DON'T TRUST THEIR CHERRY PICKED POSITIVE REVIEWS JUST DO A EXHAUSTIVE RESEARCH (WHICH I DID NOT!) AND YOU'LL SEE HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY HAS. DO YOU THINK ITS NORMAL? JUST GO WITH A LEGIT SHOP AND AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ALL COST! “The service was first class - communication throughout the process likewise. Well- packaged product received next day despite not paying for this service. Product is a gift so not tried it out yet so hopefully will be as pleased with the product as I am with ordering service.”

“Have tried to phone them for 2 days hung on for the first day for 45 minutes no reply just loud music l have paid for my item £84 and l want to just ask a simple question about my delivery of a phone to Argos. I feel very disapointed and would not recommend your company.”

“Purchased grade A Sony Xperia xz1 venus pink what can I say it's brand new box still sealed all accessories sealed and new bargain as a family that's five devices purchased from these guys never any problem all have either been new or mint condition when all purchased as grade A items will be using again no worries paid for next day and arrived next day brilliant service”
