“High spec and high value gaming monitor. Apparently dead pixels are no big deal on high spec gaming monitors 😪 This coupled with their standard jntial response which isn't compliant with CPA 2015 (they will seek to pass you onto the manufacturer. It is their duty under CPA to take responsibility. We are now heading to Trading Standards.”

“Good fast service and products have been excellent but they refuse to provide a fully HMRC approved VAT invoice. VAT rate is missing and they will not supply a correct one in spite of being legally required to do so.”

“I ordered a refurbished (grade A) Sony Xperia XZ2 phone & am very happy with its' pristine condition. The price was the best I could find for that phone in such a good condition. I asked a question about the item prior to delivery & was replied to in a timely, helpful manner. The free delivery was also quick & efficient.”

“Do not buy anything off this company! They ruined my neighbours son's birthday by sending a dodgy laptop and refusing to give a refund! You should be ashamed of yourselves laptops direct!!”

“I searched a few sites before deciding to buy from LTD . The price was competitive.had a small issue with creating an account but a phone call soon sorted it out. Good customer service who help me buy my laptop.”

“How this company can still be trading… How this company can still be trading is beyond me. I ordered an in stock laptop for next day delivery and even got an email saying it was out for delivery. 4 days later no laptop. Called them to cancel order, they said OK I would get refund in 3-5 working days. 8 working days, no refund. Called again and was told a error was made by them and they had to wait for the laptop to be returned so they could check it was in good order before issuing refund....I hadn't recieved any laptop! AAAAGH! Now they say could be up to 28 days before I get refund. Have raised dispute with credit card company. Avoid them like the plague.”

“I returned the original phone I bought, as the reception was so bad in my area. They accepted it and refunded me, with no quibble or problem. I then ordered another brand which is perfect. Will be happy to do business again with them”
