“Horrible, slimey company with no regard for consumer rights and who use underhand tactics to try and evade their responsibility as a retailer. I tried to return a laptop within my legal 14-day cooling off period only to be told that all they could offer was a swap or store credit. After I quoted my consumer rights to them they started ignoring my emails. I ended up having to get my credit card company and the citizens advice bureau invovled. After numerous phone calls, emails and a signed letter in the post they eventually backed down and gave me a full refund. Disgusting that I had to spend 5 days arguing for them to do the right thing. AVOID!”

“Excellent communication, I was kept updated at all stages of order through to delivery. Email sent to offer extended warranty on the refurbished laptop that I declined (£29.99 for 9mths). Item delivered was spec ordered and all works fine. Only downside was the refurb was described as A2 some slight marks; there are two scratches on the lid that are quite deep one I thought may be a crack, as it wasn't I didn't bother contacting laptopsdirect to complain as the laptop works fine. Overall recommended”

“I bought a grade A refurbished phone it was like new. It came in the original box with all the accessories still in the original plastic. This is despite saying it was supplied without a charger. It came the next day even though I clicked free delivery. Laptops Direct were £100 cheaper than any other deal I found. Would definitely recommend Laptops Direct”

“Delivery options & communication poor. Despite enquiring about and confirmations from Laptops Direct, my order was lying outside my back door for 4 days. Not impressed. The laptop however is excellent. Fantastic value. If they offer option of when to deliver, please follow through.”

“Ordered a laptop for collection on 05/04, bought their "essential service" add on and was given a collection date of 10/04. Collection date came and went without confirmation it was ready so I rang to be told they had a problem moving the laptop to the location required to carry out the service but that they would have it ready on 18/04. Collection date came and went again with no communication and when I rang up I was told my laptop had arrived the night before (25/04), and that they were sorry I hadn't been notified. I travelled to collect the laptop and was told mine was not ready and that it was still at the servicing centre. I rang to complain and was told a manager would ring me back on Monday, which they did. In the meantime I found I could now get the laptop cheaper elsewhere so cancelled.”

“Fast delivery, polite friendly helpful staff, good quality goods at great prices. I was a little worried about a company I knew nothing about and spending money. How wrong could I be customer service great bought a Pixel 2xl. Perfect condition, have no complaints will buy from them again”
