“The mobile was not as described (A1) in fact it was in worse condition than the one it was supposed to replace. Hence it was returned.”

“Next day delivery was offered and paid for. The item was not delivered the next day. A refund for the postage was recieved but its not the point. This service shouldn't be offered if it can't be achieved.”

“My new laptop (Acer 5 Swing - probably not the correct name, but you get the drift) arrived exactly on time, just a couple of days after I ordered it. Perfectly packaged, with Windows 10 already loaded and I'm really pleased with it. Great service.”

“Ordered next day delivery a Christmas present despite being more expensive than other suppliers who incidentally couldnt get stock till 11.1.21! Took payment, received an email to say it had left the warehouse and was on its way. Waited in all morning got an email after 12 noon to say there was a delay and it would arrive after 11.1.21! Immediately cancelled the order still NO REFUND!”

“Good - arrived on the day I was told, after having payed for that day, although I was informed by email to track my delivery to get an actual time slot and that service did NOT work, so I was a little anxious as to whether I would have to wait in all day. So that part of the service could be improved”

“Customer service was spot on, quick and courteous call from the security team to ensure all was above board and delivered my product exactly as they said they would. Only tiny gripe being that I had had my eye on this particular laptop for a while and was hoping to see its price come down in the post-Xmas sale. Even though it was listed as a sale item, its price remained the same to the penny. Bit naughty that, but overall can’t complain as I ordered it anyway!”
