“Ordered item came swiftly enough .and after some hiccups it works.However courier left the item in an exposed place NOT under cover,which was not the intention. It would have been quite easy to open a door. And drop it in under cover.........”

“Item when ordered was not immeditely vailble but a date for availbility and for delivery to me were given at time of order. The item, exactly as ordered was delivered 4 days earlier than promised and within the hour delivery slot advised. Excellent service.”

“My goods were sent on date specified but not delivered on time. Despite this not being under Laptop Direct's control as it was the courier who demonstrated incompetence and blatant lies, I was refunded the delivery cost without me having to ask for it. I have been impressed with both their pre- and post-sales customer service.”

“You twice put back the delivery date, the second time to a date when I did not expect to be at home; I then asked you to deliver on a specific later date and you agreed but went ahead and delivered without notice on the date when I did not expect to be here (luckily I was).”
