“You twice put back the delivery date, the second time to a date when I did not expect to be at home; I then asked you to deliver on a specific later date and you agreed but went ahead and delivered without notice on the date when I did not expect to be here (luckily I was).”

“This was a present for my husband and did not disappoint I am 81 years old but I might get one of these pcs for myself. I would have liked a little instruction as we are new to internet etc. Delivery was spot on and we are not disappointed in any way. Thanks. Eileen”

“Was easy it order but we had several delays and delivery dates rearranged because their supplier had let them down. However the email responses from the customer services team in each occasion were excellent and felt personalised rather than just a template being sent out. Very impressed.”
