“I saw some bad reviews, mainly about stock and delivery, but I have to say my experience was great. I ordered some gaming headphones for my son for Christmas, that were difficult to find elsewhere, and they arrived within a couple of days, much quicker that the estimated delivery time. Very happy with the service - and just trying to give a balanced view”

“Disappointed that even though I had my refurbished phone for 24 hours and communicated to you that there were problems, you took no responsibility and just said contact Samsung as it's under warranty with them. When you buy a phone you don't expect to have to contact manufacturers warranty immediately upon purchase. Seems this affects my statutory rights.”
