“Buying experience was easy on their website. Delivery with DX secure was when they said but being a single person now had to take day off as their didn't seem anyway of them delivering without me being in like delivering to a neighbour. Delivery was on time and professional handled. Only problem with the monitor was their weren't any instruction included but soon found my way round the menu. Overall good value for money”

“This review is only based on the trade-in service with laptopsdirect. I had a horrible horrible experience with this company (and horrible twice is not a typo). I will never deal with them again and I recommend to stay away from them. I decided to trade-in my old laptop so that I can buy a new one. All details asked on the website including CPU, RAM, Graphics card, serial number etc. were provided and I was given a valuation of £204. When I posted the laptop they reduced the valuation to £69 citing a few scuffs and they don’t like the processor. I decided not to buy a new laptop and asked for my old laptop to be returned. My laptop was returned after a month and that too after several phone calls and emails. When I received the laptop it was without the charger I had sent and it had stopped working (I wonder if they removed some parts). The fan enclosure was damaged too. The only response I received was that they will investigate what happened. The fools at laptopsdirect left me without a laptop for a long time which affected my work significantly but no compensation was offered. They advertise that they will pay the full quotation value if the laptop is damaged while it is with them but not a single penny was offered. I strongly recommend to stay away from such a rubbish business.... I am sure they will pay the loss they have caused me one way or another.”

“No problems taking the order, a Epson Xp8600 printer. It arrived on the delivery date given and within an hour of the time stated. The box was undamaged and I am pleased with the product does exactly what I wanted it to do. Can't fault the service thats why 5 stars...”

“ordered CPU from laptops direct, the price was very competitive with other retailers, was slightly worried when i see the expected delivery date on this item, but was very pleasantly surprised when it was delivered within 24hrs of paying for it. excellent device from laptops direct and will deffo use this company again. “GREAT BUT..... I bought a A+ refurbished gaming monitor. It was in immaculate condition, like new and came in the original box. Only thing that really annoyed me is paying £10 delivery to Northern Ireland. We are still in the UK guys. Amazon, eBay & most other companies don't charge us extra shipping so why do you? If not for that it would have been 5 stars.”
