“This is the second time I've used Laptops Direct, and both experiences were first-rate. This time I wanted some Airpods Pro- the price was excellent (it's rare to get a discount on an Apple product), and the delivery was very fast- they were in my hands less than 24h after being ordered. I was kept informed of progress throughout. I would be happy to buy from this company again.”

“Great Prompt Service. Bought an Epson Workforce printer at great value. Came with full set of ink cartridges that lasted quite long unlike a similar printer I bought few years back where the ink cartridge only printed a few pages before running out.”

“This is worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered Nintendo as present for my daughter and paid extra £9.99 to have it delivered on the following day. The delivery date was 18th of July. Today is 25th of August and they are attempting delivery although I asked them to cancel order on the 19th of July. I can't do business with company who in my view is terrible. My child cried with disappointment for days. I asked LD to cancel order as they clearly sold me product they don't have in stock. Their response was that the order was made so best thing I can do if to refuse to collect the order. All this time they have kept my money. Also I ordered wrong cover by mistake and asked how to sent it back. They ignored my request and I was unable to return the cover.”

“It was nearly great. I ordered a laptop at 21:55 on a Friday, for delivery the next day. I immediately got an email saying unfortunately there'd been a warehouse problem and they couldn't ship it that day. I replied cancelling, there was no reply but next thing there was an email from DPD saying they had it, and indeed by 10:00 the next day here it was. So Laptopsdirect had just tried to dodge the cost of the Saturday delivery, while keeping the order. Then there were a couple of sketchy follow-up emails trying to lure me into bad deals. So it was actually a fantastic service, but spoiled by poor ethics.”

“Poor response to requests for information after placing orders. No response to emails sent to our account manager so keep asking for call backs via customer service who can't, for reasons unknown, inform us of an orders status so refer us to our account manager who's lack of communication is the issue in the first instance!!!.”

“Computer arrived not set up so had to buy windows (£99.99) which was not a problem but for someone who had bare minimum computer knowledge, not being able to get in touch with customer services was an issue- plus I’m charged 13p a minute for doing so. That been said- laptop is now setup and working fantastic, very fast and efficient”

“Good range of products to choose from and good filters to enable us to choose a laptop suitable for our needs. We were able to get the accessories and software at the same time. Delivery was before predicted date. Laptops Direct also emailed clear instructions on how to load Office software. Would recommend as go-to site .”
