“Excellent service. Order a mobile for same day collection, telephoned customer services to check opening times, quick to answer phone & very helpful as was the lady in the shop. Also ordered an items for delivery later in the week. I was kept informed of the delivery status and goods were received on the day and time promised. All items are new and working well. Happy with the company and will definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“Everything, the phone which is apparently grade 3 though you wouldn’t have guessed it, the price and the service are all excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Fully recommend.”

“Great product and service from Laptops Direct, however ParcelForce let them down. Paid for next day delivery but laptop was returned to the depot for some reason and I had an hour’s round trip to pick it up myself.”

“I ordered a monitor and paid for next day delivery. It arrived nearly a week later. Their system had transposed my address wrongly form amazon pay and I spent nearly a day trying to get hold of them to sort this out. To add insult to injury the same monitor appears on amazon just afterwards (supplied by them) for less money with amazon prime next day delivery. You honestly could not make this up. Terrible service.”

“I ordered a refurbished laptop, which seems good as new and came much quicker than suggested. Was well informed throughout the delivery process. Removing a star as the keyboard is set up for Spanish rather than English. This wasn't stated anywhere in the advert. Not a big issue for me as I touch-type pretty well, but I think I will need to buy some stickers for the more obscure keys.”

“I was looking for a new gaming laptop with a 17.3 screen and saw the one I wanted so ordered it late Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to me by 11.45 Monday which was the next day. This was my second time using this site and both times have not been disappointed with either of my laptop. My husband now as my other laptop and it it still work really will and it is over 3 years old now. Would buy from them again .”

“I was keen to find a laptop that was aesthetically pleasing but rather naive about functionality. The assistant was very patient with my request and directed me to a laptop that suited all my requirements. He was confident in his choice and I was very pleased with it and the speedy delivery too. “Absolutely Terrible Company, They do not order the item until you purchase cause the delivery times to be over a month in most cases, do not be fooled by good reviews Im sure they've bought them so they can post them all over their site! I ordered next day delivery on an Item that was said to be in stock when I purchased, then turned out that I had to wait 2 weeks to get it becasue the item was not in stock when purchased, and then another 2 weeks after that! I still havent received my item. On the page where I bought It, low and behold it still says in stock!”
