“I was looking for a refurbished laptop for my son that he could do both his school work on from home as well as some gaming. I needed advice as I'm not PC savvy, so chose Laptops Direct as they were taking calls and emails during the covid lockdown climate. I had an extremely helpful advisor on email and phone who explained the terminology and emailed me a choice of options available, I rang her back to make an order which arrived a few days later. There were good email updates keeping me informed of the delivery. All in all I am extremely happy with the service (and the advisors' knowledge – thank you Gail!). My son is delighted with the HP laptop. Many thanks.”

“Product ordered is very good. I very nearly chose to purchase same item from Amazon , because I did not want to pay £9.99 for next day delivery. In the end I chose standard delivery and was advised the item would arrive by 11th May 2020 at the latest. However the item arrived the next day in any case and I did not pay for delivery.”

“Great value, easy to find what you want on their website. Excellent customer service when I had to return a product that turned out wasn't what I wanted. Refund to card arrived in two days. Replacement arrived far quicker than was indicated in sales receipt. Very happy to recommend.”

“The most reliable and trustworthy company I have ever used. Been buying from here for several years. All deliveries on time with plenty of notice. Customer service is best i have known. “Needed to replace my old power line adaptors,searched and found Laptops Direct. Netgear adaptors available at a competitive price and next day delivery, a certain big company delivery times were in excess of a week! Arrived in 48rs due to the current Covid19 situation, well packaged. Easy to install.computer system running great now. Thankyou”
