“I ordered an HP Pavilion laptop from here at a very good price which was delivered the next day .. brilliant! What I particularly wish to comment on though, is the customer service. Because of an "ID Ten T User Error" on my part when ordering, I needed to change the delivery arrangements. Despite it being very close to the deadline, the lady that I spoke to made the changes I required without a fuss and with good humour .. just how customer services should be. :-)”

“After just 5 months of use my laptop screen started bleeding leaving a bullseye crack on the screen which disappears when the screen is switch off so the damage appears to be internal. Laptops direct are refusing to repair or replace the item and are refusing to even send an independent engineer to look at the item and are telling me the faulty item is user damage. I phoned them only to speak to a manager who shouted and talked over me on the phone telling me the case was closed. They are not interested and by calling me a liar, dismissing me and refusing to do nothing are in fact restricting my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Shoddy products and non existent, terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM LAPTOPS DIRECT.”

“The screen on my laptop was damaged a month after ordering, they put this down to a potential issue with the refurbishment even though I only had a warranty. Giving me the benefit of the doubt was great customer service.”

“Customer service peoples were all very helpful every time i spoke to them regarding my original ordered first laptop. After the 3rd return we established the correct code for the backlit keyboard. After a month and the 3rd return being received i was ready to pay the extra for the correct laptop required but black friday had happened and it was sold out. I received a full refund including some compensation for the trouble which i was grateful for. I will continue to buy from this company because i have been using them for years and this was the first bit of trouble. I have since had to return a fourth laptop to another company because the specifications quoted backlit keyboard and when it arrived you guessed it it didnt contain it. I have since given up for the time being and will look again after Christmas for what i require.”

“Laptops Direct had a good price for the product I wanted. Delivered it quicker than I was expecting. Packaging was fine and the product was as expected. I didn't use customer services so can't comment on that, everything else was fine.”

“Great customer service. Item is exactly as described in the advert. I was skeptical at first using this company but overall was happy with my purchase. Shame the Amazon driver didn't do his bit. He delivered my parcel to somewhere else which caused a few panic. Luckily the person was honest enough to give it to me.”
