“This is the third time I have bought a laptop for my business over the last 5 years and the delivery has been excellent on each occasion. I would just say that the free postage voucher code which is acknowledged on my invoice was not actually deducted so I ended up paying for carriage which was a tiny fraction of the laptop price so not a major concern. It was a little strange that the voucher was accepted but not deducted. Perhaps I misunderstood the offer.”

“Did not have items in stock after taking payment which you can forgive but then sent an email saying to contact them and it is a premium charge number so ended paying to try find suitable alternatives but did not have any.”

“Best thing was contact via e-mail with the dispatching store's contact mail. Was good. As it turned out, mine was a fault that did not show when they checked it. Sent it back, gratis. Don't know what tech did, but fault not apparent so far. Only downside was I had to send e-mails asking for test report, and when it was being returned. Even so, responses were very quick, although different people involved.”

“Excellent Service, Had an issue with a monitor i bought 10 months ago, a red line down the screen, within 24hrs of contacting , the faulty one was picked up and a new one ordered, i received the new one 48hrs later. Brilliant, i have had issues with another well known company up north that has taken 6 weeks to resolve!!”

“I'm thrilled! I bought a laptop that was said to have been refurbished but looks absolutely mint and is just what I wanted. It was a good price too - comparing it with other sellers on the web. It came the day after it was ordered, which was a triumph of technology!”

“I bought two laptops and "mice" for my granddaughters college work. I was kept informed of delivery and it was exactly as promised. As for the laptops they were exactly as described and were very well packed . superb service at amazing prices”

“Having purchased goods from Laptops Direst on a couple of occasions, I've found them to be more than reasonable people with whom to deal. My last purchase had to be returned for refund (my fault, not theirs), and this was handled with no fuss at all.”

“I’ve purchased 8 laptops over the years from LD and it has never been a problem. The last one was a hopeless bit of kit but that’s down to Lenovo not LD. said Lenovo failed and daughter needed AB urgent replacement. Grabbed a Grade A2 refurbished on Thursday after having spoken to the team - paid less than £200 so that daughter can finish her degree. Tech advised to go for A1 or A2 100% and so I picked up a £690 laptop (in 2021) for £190. 6 month warranty. Easy.”
