“Very good price, one third reduction, and delivery within 2 days. The item, although refurbished, was spotless and has a one year warranty. I have used them before and was very happy with the service then. I would unreasonably recommend them.”

“Was recommended by techradar.com as the cheapest for what what i wanted. Took the risk of somewhere i hadn't heard of before and ordered. Arrived before the expected date so very happy with product, service and most of all £60 saving.”

“Purchased grade A Sony Xperia xz1 venus pink what can I say it's brand new box still sealed all accessories sealed and new bargain as a family that's five devices purchased from these guys never any problem all have either been new or mint condition when all purchased as grade A items will be using again no worries paid for next day and arrived next day brilliant service”

“Found the ideal printer for my needs at Laptops Direct, Epson XP 255, neat and tidy and reasonably priced. Simple to order, very quick delivery and easy to install (with the help of my Grandson). Would have preferred a tilting control panel like previous Epson model and only 5 sheets of photo paper included whereas 10 displayed on box! Other than that, pleased with my purchase.”

“Well priced TV, which I was told it would be delivered the 28th Nov. It was delivered on the 15th so couldnt be happier. The courier they used DHL was poor, but cant blame laptops direct for that. Very happy with the service so far, but I've had no reason to contact their customer services to test them. Very pleased.”

“Ordered an S9 Note along with a power bank. They both arrived next day as stated on the website to my local outlet as requested. Found this product at the price I was prepared to pay , fully sealed. Found the website easy to use and the service very prompt. The lady who dealt with the order at the out let was both very pleasant and welcoming”
