They're an absolute scam and I would not go on a holiday through these even if it was free. No customer service. Once they have your money they no longer care about you.

The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.

Terrible!!! worse company ever!! DO NOT USE THEM! They scam people! I booked flight plus luggages which i was charged!! On the day of the trip i arrived at the airport, the airline told me they have no record of luggages! so i have to pay for my luggages again! I arrived at my destination, took the taxi arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me they have my booking but payment has not been done so i have to pay to get the room! Really people!!!!! in 2023 this is how you treat your customer? now i had to negociate with the reception manager to get the room, not to mentioned i was travelling with my parent (they are both over 60s). If you want the worse holiday experience ever.... USE LAST MINUTES.COM

Booked flights via this organisation last April, outbound flight cancelled about a week after booking was made, it is now Sept 21 and still awaiting a refund !!!! My advice to anyone out there is to steer well clear of this organisation whose customer care is non existent.

I paid for hold luggage for a flight. Their website said I did. The boarding pass doesn't say I have luggage. The airline doesn't say I have luggage. Now I have to go 3 hours up front to a small airfield on my holiday, to book extra hold luggage with the airline. Which I already paid for. Customer service is non existant. It's a bot who is trained to say hello.

WORST COMPANY EVER / NON CUSTOMER CARE I bought flight tickets with a cabin bag and paid it and when I received my tickets, the cabin bag was not included and I was asked by the airline company to pay an extra fee for it. I tried to communicate with the company to either refund me or fix this however they constantly replied to me and said they sent my request to the related office and I will receive an answer, however, the expected answer had never come. I cancelled the booking from the airline company's website and they received a full refund for it. However, they refused to refund me fully and asked me to pay them a service fee for overcharging me and selling me the item which was not as the same when I was buying. They even didn't apology.

I recently booked a package holiday to Sardinia via lastminute.com for my son and his friend. Due to personal reasons he was unable to attend this trip. His friend instead agreed to take her mother and we respectfully requested to simply change the name of one passenger. There is no communication via the phone and one is coerced into using their web chat platform instead. Ironically, if you wish to make a booking they're more than happy to chat via a human over the phone as they know you'll be parting with your money! But when there's a problem or enquiry, no phone conversation permitted! Interesting eh! Lastminute.com advised us (via web chat) that name changes were not permitted for this package. They placed the blame squarely at the airlines (easyJet outbound flight and BA inbound flight) stating that the airlines T&C's forbade name changes. I challenged this with both airlines and they informed me that it was lastminute.com who were able to make the changes. After all, as far as I can ascertain it is a simple matter of a few presses of keys on a keyboard and hey presto - the names are changed! Not exactly Einstein stuff is it?! Anyway, they remain adamant that name changes are not permitted. The result is that my son dare not lose his hard earned money and will find a resolution! I'm accusing lastminute.com of profiteering, scandalous and unsympathetic behaviour towards people like my son (20 year old student) who has saved and worked very hard to fund this trip. Lastminute.com could have done me and themselves a favour by helping me. And now I'm warning everyone else to steer clear of lastminute.com. I will never, ever use them again and neither will my family and friends. You have been warned! Lastminute.com, more like last-minute.con.

Be very careful and avoid the portal lastminute.com because they use a very dirty way of doing business. When searching for the best flight price on the Skyscanner portal, the best flight price and conditions were found on the lastminute.com portal. I selected the link and started the process of paying for the plane ticket, but after entering the credit card information and confirming the payment, the moment I pressed the "confirm" button, the price increased by 20%. Of course, the transaction authorization process cannot be stopped and the transaction is approved. I immediately called my card company and asked to cancel the transaction, but unfortunately, it was not possible. After that, I called lastminute.com's customer service and got the answer that I can get a refund minus the transaction cancellation fee or a voucher for the same amount, valid for one year. Of course it didn't suit me, I was certainly financially damaged. In this case, the financial loss is not the most important thing, it is an ugly way of doing business and fraud by the portal lastminute.com, changing the price of the product at the moment of confirming the transaction, when nothing can be done to stop it. Please avoid the portal lastminute.com, because their way of doing business is ugly, unethical and absolutely unacceptable. I note that I have been buying plane tickets this way regularly, several times a year, for more than 5 years, and I have never felt cheated in such a perfidious way.

Liars. Promised a refund 3 times, assured it will be done 'within 72 hours' and 'i've allocated a special team to your case' etc etc, absolute bull. Stuffed me around with my booking and now stuffing me around with a refund. Worst customer service on earth.

I booked a flight early September to go to Sydney early December. I suffered an injury end sept & was told it would not be possible to fly early December. I advised last minute. Com during Oct. They said not to contact airline. I sent all relevant evidence. They came back wks later saying I sent it too early. They requested again which was sent. I’ve emailed many many times no response. I contacted the airline who said it was last minute. Com responsibility I sent this email to them. My insurance company requires a cancellation/ no show invoice but all the emails are unanswered. I’m absolutely disgusted, & will take legal advice. Do not book with them… it looks like a scam….

I booked and entered a valid discount voucher code for £140...the system did not take this amount off the total bill and instead over-charged my credit card. Immediately rang LastMinute.com to rectify...Ahmed in Customer Servcies basically said it was tough luck and nothing could be done but that I could try it on another booking - unbelievably bad customer service, especially when I've spent nearly £3k on three booking with LM.com in last few months alone...will not be booking with them again and recommend others don't either !! PS they also try and hide behind lastminute.co.uk being different from lastminute.com despite them being the same group and bookings made under lastminute.co.uk etc are visible and updateable from lastminute.com - unbelievably bad !!

Worse experience ever. If I could give a Zero score I would. I'd never, never, ever use Lastminute.com again. I've spent the past six months trying to get a refund for cancelled flights and they've made it so difficult, I believe deliberately so, in order that Id eventually give up pursuing the refund. They've used every delaying tactic possible. One of their representatives told me it could take up to a year to get my money back! Theres a link in their email they suggest using to "help" process the refund BUT it takes a whopping 1/3 of your money. Worse than that is their administration fee for processing the refund which cost me £35 for each passenger so as a result I ended up with only a fraction of what I'd paid them. They're an absolute disgrace. Be warned!

Hey there! So, I recently had to change one of the passengers on my flight booking from my wife to my son, since my wife couldn't make it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a refund or exchange the tickets, so I ended up with four tickets on the plane. It was a bit frustrating, especially since it took multiple calls and chats to get an answer. It would have been great if they could have been more upfront about their policies from the beginning.

Book direct folks that is my advice today. Lastminute.com just cost my family 588 euro extra for our weekend away. They refused to allow us download our boarding passes so our family of 5 were fined 55 euro each both ways by Ryanair. They are quite selective in what emails they reply to also. I will be avoiding them and any business associated with them going forward. They have adverts in newspapers, on the sides of boats, all sorts of business and once l see that I will be giving them a very wide berth. They are laughing in the face of trusting people as far as I can see. They ruined the weekend and our trust in these kind of services going in future. I will never use them again and I will be warning everyone about them.

Paid triple the tickets price I purchased flying tickets with this company. They said you need to do an online check in . When i took the flight I actually paid more then my actual return ticket because airline had a certain time space for online booking (24-2hours before the flight). And same thing happened on my return flight because even Ryanair themselves didn’t make it clear the reason why they charged me (they just said lastminute.com hasn’t updated the terms and conditions so you are not the first passenger to face this). My tickets costed 106£ for me, my husband and our baby , but we ended up paying extra 220£ to Ryanair (2*110£). I tried to speak with airline and they said you need to contact lastminute.com because they should provide that information for you. Later i tried to contact lastminute.com and asked them to review this case and they only said we have sent you 1 confirmation email for your booking and asked to do online check in. I asked them why they never stated the time limit for that online checkin and they said if you didn’t pay extra so that we could do it for you we cant help what is the time limit for airline. Basically they didnt care. So my review here is to help other people who might consider booking with them. Look at the poor reviews they have online. They customer service is the poorest I’ve experienced, they simply don’t care what cause to you. First they misinform you and after they say it is your problem whatever you face because of us. Im extremely dissatisfied and will never again deal with them.

Most disgusting company ever. Airline cancelled and immediately refunded my flight on the day of booking which I reached out to and confirmed. I followed the funds and even confirmed that Bravofly had already received it from their processor, Travelfusion. They want to charge a $35/person cancellation fee for a credit card refund when they themselves didn’t do any work to chase or hunt down my refund. Been emailing their customer care, escalation line, and executives for a week with 0 response. 0 customer service and chat agent / phone agents are untrained and just repeat the same bs like a broken record - I feel so bad for them. This company needs to be shut down for the scammy hidden fees! Look at articles regarding how they failed to refund U.K. customers on time during Covid and their top executives got arrested and jailed for abusing covid funds - no wonder it’s the worst travel agency in the world! Do not book with this company!

Bunch os scammers.... never book your flight with an agent... annoying appalling service which sits god know where, telephone number to speak with someone? Forget about it... Flexible travel, loopholes throughout... apparently first flight only... change or refund? Impossible to get anyone to help... chat service trained, to put you off, going around in circles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, spend 20-30 more and always book directly with airlines save yourself hassle, and peace of mind when need an extra service as to change refund add luggage etc...
