“Every one was courteous, patient & helpful in assisting me in making my shed selection as I was ordering from out of state for a local delivery. Communication & updates were timely & thorough! My relative who was on scene for delivery & set up report that all went smoothly & are very satisfied with the shed, planning to purchase one for himself. So thank you so much!!!”

“Delivery process was very poor nobody called me the day of delivery to tell me it wasn’t going to happen I had to call at end of day only to find out it wouldn’t be until the following week so I had to pay another independent company 300$ to deliver my building so I didn’t have to wait another week only having delivery’s once a week didn’t make sense to me”

“I payed for a tool box for my truck and then they came back and wanted me to pay for the shipping of the box! I payed over a 1000 dollars for it. The lady that took the order made a error and wanted me to pay for it! I had a bad experience with your company and the way it was handled!”

“Great trailer, decent price. Local sales person was not aware of emailed specials I received from Leonard so I didn't get the best savings on accessories. Overall it is a good experience but I wasn't "wow'd"”

“Put in the sheds the "price as it stands" or post base +++. We looked at a shed and got knocked off our feet with sticker shock in the sales office. Don't make promises you can't keep. Bought a ramp. When delivered it was wrong size. Returned with the delivery truck. Chris, no problem I can get you the right size. A month after original drop off, ramp finally delivered. Several interim calls also promised next week. We are pleased with the product itself....the purchase process, not so much.”

“Leonard Buildings of Florence, SC was great to work with, I traveled 2 hours to pickup a trailer-a sale item they were trying to move-and the manager held it for me. I was in and out of there with the proper paperwork in what seemed like 30 seconds though in reality more like 10 minutes. Serious quick. My only reason for not giving a higher score is the light-duty trailer turned out to be in reality no better than the major competitors [big box and farm supply places I wont name]. It's as if they all buy from the same vendor, the 2 hour ride was rough on the paint, leading to lots of chipping, and that before I needed to re-spray a majority of the metal due to surface rust and add wood to "tighten-up" the mesh bed which behaved like a trampoline with my ATV. Lastly, in the end I got a small trailer which functions as planned and fits in the side yard making the wife relatively happy.”
