Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“I love this bike, it’s light weight but sturdy and has great pedal assist options depending on how much assistance you want at any given time. It also has a button that acts as an accelerator to give a bit of a power thrust when you need which is great on hills or to help avoid a collision or just if you want a turbo charge. The seat and riding position are super comfortable as well and the bike looks great. The battery last really well. I ride 15 minutes to work and the same home and the battery power bar doesn’t move. Haven’t tested how long it lasts but so far meets my commuting needs. My only suggestion would be for a better back rack. It’s ok but sometimes the back of my shoes hit my pannier bag when pedaling but I can position the bag so this does happed, it’s a minor thing I love riding this bike and am very happy with my purchase.”

“I have a problem I purchased a Moscow plus on the provision of getting a second battery redemption before the sale had finished after asking the seller I still haven't heard anything I am happy with the bike but I also had other options now I want my battery”

“We purchased two ncm m3 moscows Mtb 29 inch and the 27.5 inch and what can i say, i did a lot of research about ebikes and wanted something that my partner and I could ride together touring and some off-road trails as well, these bikes look awesome, built strong and wow the battery life is so good and e-bike assist is fantastic. They're not cheap-made bikes, they have done a great job in building this bike. Leon Cycles support is what other companies should strive to be like, as they help me we all my questions etc and concerns about owning an e-bike. I don't normally review companies but I had to for leon cycles as I feel like they manage their business like I manage my business and are genuinely committed to quality, customer service and satisfaction. I understand all businesses need to make money but they need to look after their customers with great products and after service and Guess what Leon Cycles are doing this and doing it well, Thanks So Much Leon Cycles.”

“Milano plus and Milano E bike was purchased on Dec 17 2022.love the bike for a entry level E Bike but the customer service needs a bit of upgrading as the front light wire came off at the circuit board and to my dismay they said they couldn’t replace a 40$ light as it’s not covered… if I dropped or fell on the bike and damaged it I can understand completely but a wire coming off the circuit board…Really… anyway I would think twice about buying from this company as they don’t obviously care about repeat business and from my point of view telling other people about this brand and company won’t be favourable….”

“NCM Milano owner, 7 months old, 800km. I have now had 7 spokes break in the rear wheel. The changes the mechanic has made/ suggested have ranged from lowering tire pressure, not using panniers, not using top 2 assist settings and the final straw was when I was asked to change the roads I use to commute to work. It's a shame as apart from the spoke issue, I really enjoy the bike but I am now bringing the bike back to get fixed every 2 weeks and being charged for it. That is not sustainable so I am going to sell the bike, lose about $800 on the resale and buy something better quality. I cannot recommend this bike and I won't be dealing with Leon again. This opinion will be expressed to every other human I meet that is interested in ebikes. Buy quality first time, not worth cutting corners.”

“had a moscow for 2 yrs now clocked over 1200kms only on dirt roads etc tyres only needed replacing went to tubeless and normal maintenance, i weigh 105 kgs so its had a tuff time and runs great”

“We got the 2 bikes pretty fast, they where assembled and needed only a little bit of work to get going. We've done about 20km so far and are very happy with the quality and the batteries. Thank you”
