Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “Customer service resolved all my concerns before buying. However, it would be much better if the website provide technical details on some of their products.”

“It would be nice to actually receive the part that is fully paid for instead of it sitting in the Warehouse still!!! Numerous phone calls to follow up but nobody is available, can’t even leave a message. Terrible service! I might cancel the payment and buy from overseas, the part will be cheaper and probably get here sooner. Very unhappy customer.”

“I recently purchased an NCM Milano from the Richmond Vic, shop. The service was excellent and having had the bike for about 4 weeks now am enjoying the experience that the Electric function provides on the hilly roads near our home. The `step through` is enabling my wife to also share the experience. GS Anglesea”

“My grandson’s bike kickstand needed attention so we went to Leon Cycle SA on Flinders Street. Ashton welcomed us at the door and immediately said, “We’ll fix that.” Ashton included four-year-old Jasper in the operation, and within a minute or two all was good. Ashton is the type of employee that is ‘gold’. He did not charge us and walked us out the door together. What a pleasant man. Thanks heaps, Ashton.”

“The parts I ordered didn't fit. The Leon Cycle website wasn't up to date and didn't show the latest products which would have fitted my bike. But the helpful customer service department sorted rectified the problem in no time. A website with lots more info and specifications would make it a 5 star rating.”

“5 out of 5 , When I picked my bike up it was clearly to small but this was not an issue for the Richmond Store, they recommended the Venice 48V . Its an amazing bike and great price . Best ebike I've ever owned. Thanks again , great friendly service !”
