Absolute IDIOTS They don’t even know their own products. Purchased a Sofa from Leon’s. Salesman suggested getting the extra insurance coverage that included getting the “fabric protection”. OK sofa was delivered and a third party company was to come and apply the chemical to protect the sofa from stains and such. I waited and waited nothing I contacted Leon’s to find out info NOTHING. I went into the store and questioned there sales manager he explained the company that did that sort of work was delayed. Again I waited , finally I was contacted and was informed that the sofa could NOT BE TREATED due to the type of fabric used would in fact react to the chemical and be destroyed. NO ONE AT LEONS KNEW ABOUT THIS FACT. WOW AMAZING that they didn’t even know about what they are selling. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER NOT THAT THEY CARE. SHAME

Refund was a nightmare. Cancelled order before delivery and still they have not processed my $ return, 12 days later. Was told "we have other priorities". Be very cautious and get everything in writing. And follow up.

Bad customer service. Received a broken oven after waiting 6 weeks and told I will need to wait another 2 months to receive a new one.

Washer had major dents. Asked to return it and now having to wait 2 weeks for a replacement from their warehouse which is 2 hrs drive (too far) from my house. Crappy customer service !!

Prices get jacked up right before a sale...online rep tried to tell me it was a 15% off promo price that I saw....too bad her math didn't work out on that. Went to a family owned furniture store and got a way better product at a way better price.

Horrible Customer service! They never give full details to the customers. We bought leather couches and we have some issues and they are saying we have to pay for it even though we have paid for the warranty!!!

Leons sells low quality furniture at high prices. Sofa, loveseat and Recliner chair cost me $3500 and after a few months, back support went so soft both my wife and I couldn’t sit on them for more than 15 minutes without getting backpain. Of course.. that was our problem.. not the couches… funny sitting in the higher quality set downstairs (not leons) for 3 hours feels perfectly fine.

I had a terrible customer experience recently with vaughan store. I purchased a sectional sofa and opted for extended protection from Zacura. They assured me that stains could be removed with a wet napkin, but when my sofa got stained, I couldn't remove it. After six months of communication, they sent an unprofessional technician with a heavy-duty machine. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process, he tore the fabric. I raised my concerns with the store, speaking to the store manager and sales manager (I can provide their names if needed), but they seemed more interested in responding than understanding. Despite the visible damage, they were unwilling to acknowledge the issue and insisted that we provide proof. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I met with the store director who promised to investigate and get back to me, but two weeks passed without any communication. It's disappointing to see that the culture at LEONS has changed, and they no longer prioritize customer respect.

Ordered a bookcase September 2022. Still have not received as of Feb 12, 2023. Will never shop here again.

Took six months to receive sectional. After one week of it being delivered I called service because frame was lopsided. Three months later they came and took HALF of my couch. Returned it within a week saying nothing was wrong with it...although the delivery men agreed there the frame was slanted. Was told that they would replace half the couch BUT there were no other couches on the planet and they would have to make me one. After six months I called again....they were making the couch BUT there was no more of that material on the planet. One part of the couch was replaced two years later. Of course due to time passing ....the new side was fluffier and brighter in colour than the other side of the sectional. Called, complained, and the service lady said all she could do was come over personally ans restuff my pillows. I said yes please do. She said she would call when her schedule freed up. Never hear from her again and my calls were not returned. Sectional bought in Brockville, service out of kingaton. Brockville store I have no complaints. Kingston service horrid. Absolutely horrid.

It is the worst after sale care ever. The furniture " tech" is a joke they trick you into signing a release of some sort when they tell you they are issuing a complaint. Was a customer for more than 30 years and not one more dime will be spent in that store . They will not care about you after the sale so buyer beware..

Purchased a dresser and 2 end tables last Nov during one of their sales. Was supposed to be delivered mid Dec, then first week of Jan then mid Jan. now mid Feb! My husband has been living out of boxes! I have been asked twice now if I want a full refund which tells me they aren’t happy with what they sold them to me for! No I don’t want a refund bc I will never get this deal again ….I want the items you sold me and I paid for 3 months ago!!! I have been a loyal long time Leon’s customer but this will be my very last purchase I make with them!

Made a purchase which was to arrive within 2 weeks, arrived more than 1 month later with no communication to us, we had to keep calling and asking for a date. Their customer service and phones are HORRENDOUS! Hang ups, can't transfer calls, no call backs. Purchase of washer and dryer arrived and their is an issue. It's been 4 days of calling and since the delivery and NOBODY is calling us back, always the same excuse, they are busy, with a client, will back and no to no avail do we get a call back. I have a washer and dryer that has been fully paid for sitting here and cannot be used or returned or issued resolved. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Leon's and I have been a customer for over 25 years! We have NEVER had such horrible service with ANY product.

Bad experience??? It's so bad , I purchased 2 sofa's September 2022 from Leon's Hamilton mountain location, with 5 years warranty covered everything as per the sales man, same week of delivery sound comes up when I or anyone set on both of them, called the location ok very quick response sent me the technician he was good, told me the Springs clips not put well , ok fix done , after 3 weeks same sounds again , same loop called them send him again fix done, go back how many times with in couple of months , I called the store to get store credit to buy another sofa's or to replace them, good luck.... mo way After many times fixing my sofa's, now just after the 1st year, the sound again , called the store, sorry it's under extended warranty company warranty not Leon's, ok good luck if you can get anyone answers the phone, Zecora warranty , ok file claim online, guess what your sofa's not covered under Zecora warranty , means , almost $400 went to the trash . No one can help , never I will buy from them again or recommend any one that or buy their extended warranty I will give 0 review for them

The worst place you can buy furniture from. I bought a living room few month ago and the sofa after few months were terrible look like defected you can feel the wood and strings while sit. I contacted the customer service and they said 120 days to fix it , I was nice and I waited more than 4 month and when they came they fix one sofa only and advised that they have the wrong size for the other one. Now they are not even replying to my emails anymore. They defected sofa had caused me and my wife a lot of back pain, we paid more that $2000 dollars to buy this defected sofa that Leon doesn’t even care to fix it. I believe I have to go to the consumer protection

The absolute WORST customer service ever! Paid so much for warranty, had an issue with my couch within 2 weeks called for warranty they denied because they said it’s normal wear and tear. Sure maybe after 2 years not 2 weeks. They never answer the phones, don’t answer emails. Had to go in person to the store to communicate

10% Policy at Leons is not disclosed at time of sale , buyer should be aware. If you have to return an item, they will charge you 10 % of the purchase price of the item. You will not get a copy of that policy on paper from any store. No matter how you explain it, and the product is examined when brought back and is in new condition still in the box, you will PAY 10%. You are in the wrong for returning anything back to Leons. TRURO NS LEONS

Purchased a mattress was told if we didnt like we had over 200 sleeps to try. Ended up my back went out after sleeping 1 week on it. Unable to walk for six weeks. Finally after sleeping on the couch, Went back for exchange. Found one that suited and neber knew they wouldnt give us back the $400 difference in the price This was not explained to us in the purchase of the oringinal. Spoke to manager she said they don’t do that i asked for at least a store credit as we have shopped at Leons for well Over 30 years ! We will not be back!!!! Very unhappy

Update to my previous post about waiting 5 months for a four-door chest from Leon's. I don't know how to stress this "BUYERS BEWARE"when you're shopping online with Leon's because there's stipulations across the board that most common consumers will not read it. So you're stuck with the garbage that they're selling you. AGAIN BUYERS BEWARE, I will never support Leon's or encourage buying from Leon's

Leon is a fraudulent company and have staff who have zero customer service etiquette. I made purchase worth 3,966.83 including protection in 2019. I was told that I will receive my protection back if I do not use it after 5years. Chiqui Sangalang who is an office manager said the policy of refunding came into effect in 2023 and further made the situation worse by saying, If I shop at the Bricks then that is the BRICK policy and not Leons. I was Livid because, in 2019 when I made the purchase I was told I will get my money back ($300) after 5years if not used. Had a conversation with her and she promised to do do something if I shop for some items, which I agreed, went into the store today to get Twin and Full mattrass but she offered yet another protection of $65 then she will take $50 off the mattrass. I was fooled yet again. This is to let Chiqui and the management of Leons know that people work hard for their money and you should treat people the way you want to be treated. Also I am demanding for my protection funds because I did not.
