The owner lied to me took my money said he would call me back to explain the 4k extra when he returned from vacation and nope scammed me .. got me this time roger.

I purchased a chair from Leon’s salesperson who stated to me it was one of their highest quality chairs.. In less than 6 months the chairs is falling apart and sagging! I’m told I have to pay a restocking fee to get my money back! After hours and months of dealing with this issue and I’m out of pocket for a chair that couldn’t even last 6 months!! What a disgrace of a business!! Buyer beware!!

Brought a washer on July 16, told not in stock will receive Aug 9. Ok paid cash for washer. July 9 called and they stated they don't know where it is. Stated manager will call back. Waited 2hrs and no call. Call them back to get a manager who was disrespectful and ended up hanging up on me. We paid cash up front and now manager stating we will give back on a debit card. Worst customer service ever.

The salesperson lied and stated that it would be delivered on a certain date. I drove an hour to receive it and it didn't show. When I called, the person just kept repeating that it was going to take weeks. The couch had to be there for my 86 year old father and the salesperson just lied to us. I would never shop at the Leons on Vega Blvd again. Shame!

Tip for the next customer! Don’t buy at Leon’s they won’t accept return or exchange item. Don’t waste your money! Costco is the best!

Customers be aware! Don't buy any extended warranty on any appliances! You will waste your money and you will end up with a broken appliance. My fridge broke recently and it is two weeks and no one came to fix it yet. I threw all my food in the garbage! No one takes responsibility for the services that should be provided. I paid for the extended warranty and that was the biggest mistake. Never again!

Customer be aware! Do not buy from Leon's Furniture, I purchased a dining table and chairs set from them spring of 2022. The dining table set was very expensive close to $4000 and I am pretty sure the actual table it self was never finished to protect the wood as within a year there are several marks from cups, flower vase and even on the corners of table. I finally called to complain because it shouldn't be in this condition within a year time and I always have used place matts and at times a table runner. Leon's had a tech come out to confirm that the could not repair any of the marks, it will have to be refinished. My brand new table needs to be refinished after a year and because I was four weeks past my warranty coverage that can not help me. I will never purchase anything from Leon's ever again and I warn customers that the furniture they sell is very poor quality and they charge a lot of money for it furniture. Their customer service is also terrible, I dealt with with Nisha Negi (Customer service) she did have a tech come out but from his visit and telling me they would need to refinish the table it's beyond repairs. I had to follow up with her because I never heard anything after tech visit. When I spoke with Nisha the second time she said there was absolutely nothing they can do since it's past my year and I will need to pay to have refinished, I could either go through them or someone else. Then as I was upset saying I would be writing a very bad review her comment was go write a review Ms. Lesley. I want to share with all of Canada so they do not use this furniture company and eliminate these very unfortunate hard lessoned experiences. Awful service and product.

Leons sold me a microwave that came with physical damage. Leons refuses to provide a refund or an exchange for the product. The Leons store manager from where I purchased the defective product told me that he believes I'm lying about the fact that the product came out of the box already damaged.

Leon's Furniture over promises, under delivers. Customers do deserve to be well treated with respect. Unfortunately @LeonsFurniture they don't know what that means. Stay away and save yourself the frustration. Corporate customer abuse at its finest.

Poor quality furniture. No customer service. No one attends phone neither reply to emails. Store staff trained to turn customers away if they bring a complaint. No return policy. If you want to return they deduct 50%. Never buy again store.

They delivered meat, a dining table, which was defective from the beginning and missing pieces been three technicians that came to my house. Miss three days of work, and yet still not resolved, running after them, and what they say what they do or two different stories, very unprofessional, and a waste of time and money.

Brand new sofa, I spent $1800. They deliver it wrong colour and after a year springs are coming out of the seats. I will never buy or recommend Leon’s again customer service terrible

Extremely uncomfortable experience. Harassed by salesman. Awful! Just wanted to look around and see if there would be anything I'd like for my new apartment. I got followed everywhere I went, asked so many questions and even though I repeatedly said that I just wanted to look around for a bit, the salesman did not leave me alone. If he wasn't talking to me, he was walking right behind me and constantly looking at me. Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience till the point I left the store, deciding I would not come back here.

Terrible service. We purchased a complete set of appliances from Leon’s for our new residence. We had them delivered a week or 2 early prior to the installation date. After trying to install our oven, discovered it would not fit in the cabinets. We contacted the cabinet installers to confirm no errors were made on their part. Soon after dis obeyed that the oven must have been damaged in shipping. Called marlin the sales person and he accused us of damaging it. He said we should have called in within 3 days of receiving it. He told us to call customer service. The woman we spoke to told us to pound sand and contact lg directly. Very poor service from Leon’s. Never deal there.

Run do not shop at the Kingston store. We have been waiting seven months for bedroom furniture for my parents. When it came in it was damaged they kept making excuses saying it’s on its way. It’s on its way. Went in today to talk to them. They will not exchange the furniture because it has been in my parents home. Not put together for seven months, so we wait another two weeks to see if her headboard comes in, the management stuff in the store is horrible, unprofessional and don’t care about anything. I will never shop in the store again or recommend this store to anybody. Just the fact that I have been waiting so long for my parents furniture and they have offered no money back no nothing.

I ordered this couch almost 6 months ago from the Leons in Whitby near the 401 and still have not received it yet. Me and my family have been Loyal customers to Leons for over 20 years. I am so disappointed in Leons as they have done NOTHING to rectify our issue. This has been causing issues Im my family life as we have a New born and no place to sit and care for her as we have been lying on the floor for the last 6 months. I really hope something can be done to help rectify our issue

Extremely poor customer service for long time repeat customer. One of the worst conditions we have seen a company ever deliver a brand-new product for. Additionally, they would not honour their return/refund policy when the product was purchased on a Monday, delivered same week Wednesday and we immediately called same day delivery. They advised that once the product is taken out of the box it is non-returnable, yet their delivery agents removed it from the box without consent. They then advised that is standard, wait I am confused if you mentioned out of the box policy but it’s standard you remove it this seems contradictory. We were told to go to the manufacturer and have a repair serviceman come out. Can you believe that, spend over $1,800+ on a new product and have a company deliver it and wash their hands with it and tell the customer to spend more time dealing with a 3rd party that wasn’t involved in the initial transaction. Do not trust their Term & Conditions and if you call say as little as possible as they will manipulate the situation and falsify information. They sent 4 pictures, one of which was our own and the only one of the product, the other 3 were actually only of the box and different angles with no product visible, just cardboard. They said the damage could not be from delivery based on “their pictures” ha-ha it was pictures of a box, I can’t even make this stuff up. We used to be loyal customers but in the past few years their business has gone down hill, they are not even the most competitive on pricing anymore and won’t price match. We highly recommend taking your business elsewhere like Trail Appliances, Canadian Appliances, Lowes, Home Depot, or anywhere but Leon’s. We thank you though for the new “VIP” service (sarcasm) must stand for “Value isn’t Priority”

I will never ever set foot inside another Leon's furniture for the rest of my life. The service or should I say, the lack thereof is quite evident. Got a problem with furniture you purchased 6 mos ago that was finally delivered, you are on your own if there are deficiencies. The Edmonton south-side store customer service line is rarely answered. It will go to voicemail, where they promise to get back to you.....except they never do. What I have determined is, that the "Leon Family" that owns and operates this furniture outlet, has no concern whatsoever that the garbage that is manufactured in third world countries, shipped to Canada directly to the customer. The merchandise that enters the country obviously is not quality controlled nor checked. When it arrives in the customer's home in a deficient state, it becomes the customer's problem, not theirs. When our king size bed frame came with the improper sized mattress frame supports, our sales person suggested that we simply lay our brand new mattress on the floor and wait for the proper parts to arrive. When??? they couldn't give me a definite answer. Even to suggest to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR....give me a break, we aren't 20 year old kids moving into an apartment for the first time. We are still waiting for a replacement nightstand that was ordered in Aug 2022 and arrived Jan 10 2023, oh, and by the way, one of the night tables that was shipped directly from Malaysia, arrived broken. They promised a new replacement will arrive in Apr 2023, eight months after the initial purchase. Not holding my breath that this will actually happen. I asked to speak to the store manager, he wasn't available. I asked for him to call me and discuss the circumstance. I'm still waiting for that call to happen. It appears to me that the Leon Family who owns and runs this joke of a business care not about the customer, only how much garbage they can sell to unsuspecting customers that they profit dearly from. So long Leon's, it hasn't been a pleasure doing business with you. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO LEON'S TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.
