My purchase went fine but I was promised a delivery in AM. Not until i phone, to find out its not going To be until the afternoon. It says on my bill customer needs AM delivery. Which I'll be stuck now waiting all day. Ridiculous.

We ordered a bedroom suite in November, 2021 and it has yet to arrive and we are in July, 2022. We have never been contacted by Leon’s to indicate a delay, the original delivery date was late December. We have reached out to Leon’s and received responses twice but now we can’t even get an update. We have emailed customer care and still nothing. Very disappointed with this customer service.

We ordered 2 sofas January 3rd with an estimated 2-4 weeks delivery. It is now July 18th and we still don’t have our sofas. Every time we call (monthly) we are told lies that the sofas are en route to the warehouse in Scarborough and we can expect a phone call to arrange delivery. Literally every time we call we are told we will have them in “2 weeks”. It has been over 6 months and we have nothing to show for our money. They accuse the supply chain, and that it is the same issues “everywhere” yet I have friends and family ordering their furniture after us and have had it delivered months ago. At this point I feel like Leon’s has robbed me. They took my thousands of dollars with empty promises of delivering goods that don’t exist. I will never shop here again. If I don’t receive my couches in the next month, I will be demanding a full refund and reporting them to the better business bureau. Be careful, Leon’s sells the promise of furniture, but has zero intention of fulfilling these orders.

I wish I could give 0 or minus stars. Please save yourself and never ever ever order anything from Leon's. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. We placed our order in September 2021, they promised our pieces would be ready by January 2022. We did receive our two pieces sectional electric recliner couch Unfinished! No legs to support the reclining couch so impossible to safely use the electric recliner. We had to sit on the couch on wooden blocs to stabilize the couch. And the customer service saga began! Two technicians later confirm the couch is incomplete and hundreds of phone calls to customer service have been our experience for the past 6 months. Leon's never once contacted us to tell us anything regarding any delays or updates unless we called ourselves. At one point the supposed manager who was taking care of my file stopped working for Leons and nobody picked up my files. I followed up nearly every two weeks from January to July since they do no communication, no updates...still, an unusable couch paid in full! They said they can't seem to get parts. I tried to reason with "the new manager" but realized anyone that answers the phone is the manager. Furthermore, I asked to speak to the manager several times and every time I was promised the manager would contact me, and they never ever did. No matter what I said it was a robotic scripted answer. " I understand your frustration. But there is nothing we can do". They never once offered to compensate me, I pushed for compensation for the time we've spent waiting for Leon's. They simply didn't care; they already had my $2500.00. "Leon's dissatisfaction guaranteed, there's no place like Leon's" Today, Saturday, July 16, 2022, 10 months later I finally got my exchange after being told that I would get the delivery on Thursday, July 14. Waited all day and I had to call and asked why the delivery was not happening to simply be told that it had been cancelled and she couldn’t tell me why. Leon’s Spare me your robotic excuses I’ve heard them all!

The worst furniture store in Canada! Never Shop from it… We purchased full set furniture for living room and coffee tables… The quality of furniture and coffee tables are ziro , when you sit you sink ! Back of the sofas are so flat you get backache.. the legs of furniture was so poor The most uncomfortable living room set .. When the next day of delivery I went to store .. they were really ignorant people, they have the most awful costumes service.. they said we will send the technician.. one guy came no news for two weeks back to store .. been told we did not get the report!!! Make the story short no response.. this is a traps to finance and so on … because they put you in and get ur money my advise from my experience STAY AWAY FROM LEONS.. YOU LOOSE MONEY , TIME , ENERGY…. The Store I Shopped located at 2070 Dundas St. Mississauga Still I don’t know who is store Manager !!!! when I Asked what’s Her/His name is, been told “ I cannot give you her name because of Privacy” !!!! I never ever heard such a things… I told costumer service what do you mean I spent 6000 dollars and I am not happy.. so I guess , now know who you are dealing with… Again worse store in Canada… They don’t deserve any * I wish there was option for No Star ! Also this furnitures has been bought for refugees family who landed here April first .. so it is good newcomers know what is going on with this company and especially the store we had experience.Be Careful , since this is happened to us , I am talking to so many people and as soon as I say we bought furniture from LEONS , they say oh no they are terrible, bad quality, no customer service and so on … so Dear shoppers save your money and buy from the companies who treats you so right , has costumers satisfactions … and please spread my notes to who concerns to shop from LEONS.

It's disappointing that A staff member gave us hope that they are refunding our money after returning a sectional. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we couldn't travel back to Edmonton for re-selection and this is the reason why the staff who I spoke with offered they could refund the money. Today I got a call after not confirming who I spoke with because I didn't give them a name , said they couldn't refund our money. Thanks for giving us wrong hope and messing up with our schedules. Gave them 2 stars still for extending the time for re-selecting a new furniture.

The whole company is full of unprofessional people. We ordered many items and none was in good shape. When we tried to complain, no one listens. Never ever take anything from them.

I spent well over $20,000 at Leon’s over the last few months. Leon’s has the worst delivery and assembly policy I’ve ever experienced in my life. Your website says they will unpackage assembled pieces, this was not done. I paid to have a bedroom suite assembled and all the packaging was left for me to dispose of. The service people and staff are professional and wonderful. But the delivery and assembly policies absolutely suck and for this reason I will never shop at Leon’s again. I will also be sharing my experience with my family and friends. Probably my coworkers too. I will seek out review sites and give one star reviews. Disgusting.

Accasories: pictures, decorative pillows... can not be returned or replaced. Company policy! It can really be frustrating for some of us because it’s really not okay that I can’t even replace for something alse!!!!

Worst customer service, duplicate products ! Bought a bed set with the price of $3400 and when it is used not even a month, the Color is peeled off and looks like 5 years old . When I contacted the customer service, they said it is not the manufacture defect and they ca not do anything ! This company seems like it is earning money by selling worst furniture and they don’t care after they sell the products ! Frustrating!

J'ai acheté une laveuse il y a 4 mois et elle a problème (cuve percée) Leons s'en lave les mains et n'acceptent pas de me l'échanger. Ils veulent que je traite avec le fabricant qui est aussi pire dans sa façon de traiter les clients. Donc SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE ZERO. Je ne recommande à personne d'aller chez leons. Pourtant les articles de loi 16 et 40 sur la protection du consommateur stipulent les obligations du commerçant envers sa clientèle.

Ordered a sofa on March 14,2022 am still waiting for my sofa to come in they keep on promising me that it is going to be in every week since March,14 2022, they are not prepared to compensate me any way at all they just keep on giving me the run around and of course the sales man doesn't want me to cancel my order because he will lose his commission on the sale oh and I paid cash. Will I recommend Leons to any of my friends ABSOLUTELY NOT NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH LEONS AGAIN

Please do not but ANYTHING from this company. They have zero consideration for their customers and couldn't care less if you ever receive the items you ordered and paid for that they tell you are in stock when you purchase. They take your money then it's basically up to you to follow up with them because they can't be bothered to let you know if the items have arrived. The best is that the clerks get annoyed when you keep calling looking for the furniture to paid for! Been waiting 7 months for a table that was "in stock" at the warehouse in October. Still don't have it!! Don't think head office will help - they don't return phone calls!

If i could give negative numbers I WOULD. We ordered 3 New appliances from Leon's. Wait 3 weeks for them to be delivered. They come in horrible condition. Pics to show what we got. So I called and complained and they offered 250$ to keep these garbage appliances. Scratched and poorly made. I said no, replace them. So they come today 2 weeks later and drop off what looks like used appliances. Same doors, foam coming out, not sealed. Garbage appliances for 5000$ Avoid this place like the plague. JUNK

The place is a joke... Ordered an item online waited over 6 months for delivery. I was not satisfied with item.. Guess what NO return policy.. Will see you close soon.. Hello Wayfair with absolutely the best customer service ever!

We are so disappointed by the service. We ordered the entire furniture and waited for around 4 months for it to arrive. Things arrived in bits and pieces and many items were damaged. Now the replacement takes another 3 months. While placing the order they assure everything arriving on time and in good shape. Our dresser was damaged in the delivery truck itself. Side table had a crack and dining table was chipped off. They have increased the price of everything to 200% I would never want to buy from Leons again.

The worst service for warranty. They do not give a timely response to resolve manufacturing defects in a mattress. (while you wait for his answer, sleep as best you can on the defective mattress) I would never buy anything there again, nor do I recommend doing so.

Called Leon's today 04.21.2022 concerned that a purchase I made well over 21 weeks ago has not been delivered. It is outrageous that this place is still in business with products not going to be delivered in well over 4 months. This store is not transparent especially with big ticket items. The Manager by the name "USHA" is an extremely poor example for staff members and should not be representing a 100 year old company. No empathy whatsoever, Extremely RUDE, Foul Mouth, and had little or no regard for the issue at hand. Made no effort to assist and literally hung up the phone while pretending she was unable to hear what I was saying when I tried to speak with her. This was indeed the poorest service from any Canadian Store I have ever dealt with. The only Rainbow at the end of this storm was Ali ( the sales rep) who was actually doing a better job of handling the inquiry and de-escalation that a so called Manager could not do. She definitely displayed her level of education. I think I could live with the fact the item is on a long back order but the fact that I went to LEONS WHITBY to make this purchase paid all the taxes and a financing fee now waiting for a delivery yet to have a manager who should know how to deescalate a situation literally display how ignorant she actually is had me lost for words. It should not surprise me since I am reading review upon review about this manager Usha and how rude she is only to deal with her one on one now. Unreal that Leon's would allow someone like this to sit in a leadership position such as her.
