I ordered a dishwasher (including delivery, removal and installation) on October 8th, it was delivered October 13th. The guys who delivered had no idea about installation and removal and left the big box in the middle of my kitchen. I called Leon's who gave me a number to call for installation, these people had no information on installation or removal. Shouldn't Leon's have scheduled this? Finally my dishwasher is hooked up a week later. I run the dishwasher and an error message appears, it's leaking! I contact Leons customer care, they will take no responsibility. I then called the installers who send me back to Leons, who then sends me to Whirlpool and it goes back and forth for sometime until finally Whirlpool sends a technician to look at my appliance. Of course, he needs a part and will return. He's been here 3 times now and today this damage dishwasher that was delivered to me is still sitting in my kitchen broken, again waiting for a part. It is now December 26th (2 1/2 months later). I bought a brand new appliance, it's never worked, it was delivered damaged and Leon's would not exchange it for another. If in fact they did replace it, they said they would have to charge me AGAIN for installation. And let's not forget the 3 days I had to be home between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to wait for the appliance technicain (3 days off work) and when they finally return again with a new part that's another day off work. I've contacted head office and received voicemail, still no response. I'm flabbergasted to say the least.

I bought a bed frame and it was too short so I returned it an hour later it took 35 minutes to get a 66.00 dollar refund they treated me like some kind of criminal even the gentlemen manager they kept looking at me like I did something wrong all 4 of them whispering in a different language I felt so disrespected I'll never shop there again or recommended to anyone terrible customer service. You probably won't do anything or nothing will happen to any of the people their, no wonder people buy online or at Costco because their refund policy are great not like your company the store is at 4939-52 ave Edmonton,AB T6B 3L5 on December 22,2023. Worst return experience ever never again will I go to Leon's again.

Too bad there’s not a lower review than one star. Nov 11/23 ordered 4 counter stools. Told two weeks delivery. Nov 12 went to store to pay balance told 3 stools in Burlington one in Toronto delivery by Nov 16th. Wife called on 16th told two weeks. Wife called Dec 1st. Told two weeks. How many lies can be told to two seniors with no regard to customer service. Will never ever step into this store again. And be sure our Company Intranet of 5,500 employees will hear of this. Shame on Leon’s!!!

Worse customer service. Calling a couple of times a weeks and still waiting - placed order on November 19th. I remember when buying new furniture was exciting! Avoid Leon’s at all cost!

Terrible company to buy anything. Return policy 24 hours !!! Really ?? ! After that good luck to us ! I will encourage anyone not to buy here. Terrible customer service. My experience with them is an invitation not to buy anything from them ever again. Be aware of this matter, 100 true!! They would not accept my return or exchange even when the item is still in the original package 20 days after I purchased three appliance in this store. I needed to return or exchange only one of them that didn't fit , The answer was NO!! Very very disappointed!!

Please pay attention to this important message! I have bought a furniture from this place with a 10 years of warranty where it was ripped from the end! I tried to call and replace it but they were rude to me. Please don’t buy from this place

Bought a washer (for mom) from Leo'n the product was defective from box never worked was refuse warranty after a few days not even use once if you GE and your suppliers can back up you products you should not be in business I can understand if leons wants me to go to the manufacture for warranty if I had used the product for a few days was defective from day one so it means GE doesn't have a competitive quality team to make sure product is deliver in good working condition, so right now the only option for me is to scrap the product and my mother an old lady on pension, is out money

Only salesperson could find in the store was busy sitting on a piece of furniture texting on his cellphone. Had to interrupt him. The salesperson, Marcus, didn’t engage in small talk, barely made eye contact. Made mistakes in my order including my home address and printed receipt still had a balance showing in full even though I paid in full. Purchased two mattresses. A twin mattress I took home the same day. Waited for over an hour outside the store at the garage bay. Had to go back into the store to inquire what the issue was. Staff did not have a copy of my receipt. Very unorganized. The second mattress I purchased was a queen mattress that I had Leon’s deliver. When the mattress was removed from the plastic covering the mattress was dirty and ripped along the side. I requested a refund from the local store and online but was denied despite after waiting for two weeks for delivering a defective product. Now I am told I have to wait over a month to receive a replacement. Customer service telling you you cannot receive a refund because it is policy and not elaborating on that is not acceptable. Leon’s should take some learnings from Wayfair. They have excellent customer service. Will not be back to purchase anything from Leon’s again. Would not recommend this company. Terrible experience. Should have walked out of the store and left Marcus to text on his phone.

I bought a dishwasher in April. It broke down three months later. They used an installer of their choice to install it. They kinked the lines in my dishwasher and the dishwasher no longer worked. LG replaced the dishwasher and gave me some money back towards the install fee. But Leons would do absolutely nothing for me towards the install fee, even though I had just finished paying the instal fee to a company of their choosing. Plus the lady that originally installed my dishwasher attempted to take a hose that did not belong to her that I paid for and she reinstalled the old hose. Not happy with the service at Leons at all. I’ve bought numerous things from them over the years, and I expected them to do something to compensate me for the install fee that I just paid and had to repay. Plus, I called Leons three times and each time they hung up on me because of a new phone system I had to finally go in to find out what was happening with the replacement dishwasher.

We bought 2 recliners, we loved them. After about 4 months they had warped/bent backs and the stuffing was so compressed they were uncomfortable. One was sent back for repair, repaired brought back in worse shape due to just bad workmanship. The second was pickup for repair and returned. It was good un til 4 days later when the new stuffing started falling out. The first chair is back in the store for more repair. We are done with the incompetence of the manager and technician. We are going to take them to small claims court. It is absolutely ridiculous!

We purchased the 4 year extension warranty for our stove and dishwasher, at a cost of $360.00. Diswasher broke down. Filed a claim on August 31st for a repair. Today is October 26 and repairman is due to come today ... 2 months later! Do not spend the money on this scam warranty. What if stove had broken down??

Bought a dishwasher and had it installed less than two years ago. Started making a grinding noise aver a month ago. Two service people have come to try and fix it. They say it is non repairable and I have been given a prorated credit. I bought the extended warranty with the assumption that if could not be fixed it would be replaced. Their warranty company is with King and State. This company does not inform the manufacturer of the problem, therefore, no input into help with a solution. I will NEVER purchase another item from Leon’s or the Brick

Stove didn’t work when delivered.went and chose another model cause the one I wanted would take 6 weeks to come in….when second stove was delivered side panel fell off. Went to store and asked to speak to manager she wouldn’t come and talk to me ..now waiting for third stove. Very disappointed And absolutely no compensation for all this ….don’t feel they value my business. This was my third purchase from Leon’s this year but I will never go back

Return It’s the worst thing ever happened to me in canada I bought 2 sofas and i received last Saturday. On your website you mentioned the customer satisfaction is guaranteed but this is not the case it’s a big lie , i spent around 2500$ for 2 sofas and they don’t fit at my place When i received the sofas i didn’t really like how they look and wanted the delivery guy to take them but The delivery guy told me that i have 30 days to return it because i didn’t like how they look when i received them and when i called 2 days after the lady told me no return so i have to live with that and it really effects my mental health

We purchased a new dishwasher, stove and Frig from Leon’s when renovating our kitchen When we tried to use the stove several months later we discovered that the stove was full of grease an burnt on food which is still in the oven I reported the problem and eventually went to the CEO We we bacillus told to go to hell We spent Thousands of dollars with Leon’s and was basically told yo go to hell I expected better service because of the amount of money spent so them To date I just cannot use the oven Over the years we purchased various thing from them and as customers were not expected to be treated like trash I would never walk into any of their stores again nor will anyone I know Warning Check your goods in the presence of the delivery men a take photos better yet is not to shop at any of Leon’s store

We purchased our bedroom furniture from Leon’s beginning of aug they informed us the sets would be ready end of aug we called and were told end of sept and now told mid nov the actual location in North york never answers their phone and have terrible costumer service how do u have promotions with no product? Also take ppl hard earned money and keep putting them off . I will never shop at Leon’s again and ensured that no one else in my network does either . One experience I have ever had

Very nice to you before you make the purchase! Good luck afterwards! They do a complete 360 and couldn't care less. Delivery of my office chair has been postponed several times and I have had to chase them each time for an update, still no resolution 3 months later. Pieces of furniture were defective on delivery e.g. my headboard was delivered broken and I had to insist on its return. My son's bed seemed ok on delivery but after a few weeks the mattress started to sag downward because there were not enough slats to hold up the mattress; I have sent severals in order to have a written record of the complaint; no response up to now i.e a week later. Staff mix up orders and deliveries and then point fingers at each other instead of just apologizing in a united front! It's a circus! Buy from them if you like the circus!
