Never never will shop there. Bought a 2000 dollar mattress and after 2 months would sink in so far that my back hurt. Not their problem, It's a comfort problem, thats why i paid 2 grand to be comforatable. All I wanted was a different mattress.

BUYERS BEWARE I order a Whirlpool fridge, range and dishwasher. When appliances were delivered they dropped the fridge bringing it into home, range feet were cracked and frame damage and dishwasher was Great ( so far- time will tell) They left all appliance so I was able to see how the fridge looked but unfortunately I was sold a fridge that was to big for the hole size. I gave the sales girl my dimensions and I would have thought she would have asked me the right questions to know that this would not fit as the doors swing is 2.5 inches. After the delivery I went to Leons Southside Edmonton and was told by Customer Service that I would need to pay a $25 restocking fee for returning the fridge (which was damaged by them dropping it) After much discussion it was decided I did not have to pay. Today the new appliance were delivered (old ones picked up) and new range feet are broken again. I called the manager at Edmonton South - "Bhav"- after spending $3000.00 she offered me a $100 gift card to spend at Leons instead of discounting any of my appliances!! Do you think I ever want to shop at LEONS again. NOT A CHANCE.

I purchased a fridge that was defective from the beginning. After 4 repair callouts, I was told they'd have to leave the fridge unplugged for 48 hours so they could replace the nitrogen, and it MIGHT fix the problem. The repair technician told me Whirlpool NEVER replaces their refrigerators; they just keep trying to fix them. I've tried to work with Leon's Customer Service, but they've just left me at the mercy of Whirlpool. The fridge is less than a year old and still under warranty. I want a replacement.

All the problems I have had with Leon’s my mother is still waiting for her couch and how dare them call my 88 year old mother to ask me to tell my daughter to “tone it down”. My mother is 88 years old. I will not be toning it down until corporate office calls me to rectify my situation. Shame on you Leons!!!! Do not call my 88 year old mother again!

Hello, I’ve made a purchase at Leon’s store in Woodbridge.. Picked the colour that I wanted and 4 months later they delivered me the wrong colour couches. I did not want to keep the couches but the delivery man insisted that we keep the new couches and than they will exchange once the right couches are delivered.. 4 months later they come to deliver my couches and once again they bring the wrong coloured couches. I reached out to costumer service asking to speak to a manager and I was told that I would receive a call right away.. It’s been 2 weeks now and I have reached out to costumer service several times wanting to speak to a manager and every time I get a different story.. My couches were delivered for the third time and now my couches are both damaged.. I’m demanding to get new couches once again but they refuse to do so.. We are not getting compensation for all the trouble we’ve gone through and at the end we received damaged couches and Leon’s is not taking any responsibility to exchange my couches.. I payed a lot of money for these couches and I expect to receive brand new couches. If anyone decides to go shopping at LEONS make sure you ask all the questions and make sure once your product is delivered it’s in good condition because if not they will not replace with new product they will only get someone to fix it. Makes sure it’s in writing other wise they will not replace the product with a new product. Once Leon’s takes your money good luck with the service they will not take any responsibility for what happens next. RECEIVED THE WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE FROM LEONS COMPANY.. No one once to take responsibility for their actions .. It’s pretty sad.. Worse service and will never go back again.

With all the trouble I have had with this terrible terrible furniture store now my mother’s couch is late. Buyer beware service manager from Kingston store does not tell the truth ever. These people have cheated me out of money, talks really bad about LG products and even corporate office does not have the decency to call me. Stay away from this horrible horrible business. Trust me I have had nothing but problems wth this business.

I purchased sofa from Leon's 2-1/2 months ago and now the sofa is hurting my lower back. It has taken 2-1/2 months to get this sofa fixed with no resolutions. After fighting with Leon's and calling Paiano Upholstry Inc., for help and it gotten nowhere. It is a brand new sofa and after 3 days of sitting on cushions as well as the back cushions being pushed in further, it is sinking in as well as the chaise. I have sent 10 photos of issues and Paiano Upholstry will not replace the cushions and claiming there is nothing wrong with it. Having a technician came to my home and gave a total lie about the sofa issues. WOW!!!!!!! I also sent over 10 photos to Leon's and they were supposed to send to Paiano Upholstry Inc., and get back to me with solution to fix the sofa. Gotten different answers from everyone and now I got screwed and scammed for purchasing a horrible sofa ever made, since the one in store felt so firm compare to the one I have in my home. WOW!!!! I refused to pay extra for a firmer cushions for $185 each after paying over $1300-$1400 plus 5 year warranty from Leon's. I have a set budget on my spending and will not go overboard on it. To get all cushions replaced will cost an extra total of $1,110 and possibly tax on it too. This is a rip-off!!! Hell no!!! Between Leon's and Paiano Upholstry Inc., do not care about my health condition since I have been wearing a back brace for a long time. While sitting on sofa, it is sinking in and when leaning back is 1001% hurting my lower and upper back. This will damage my back even more and will not walk normally which will be Leon's and Paiano Upholstry Inc., fault. Nothing was ever mentioned at the store about having an extra firmer cushion which is wrong and this is a cheap sofa made poorly. I am not a heavy weight person that can cause the cushions to go sinking in and go flat quickly as well as leaning back to feel like a reclining chair. Since Paiano Upholstry Inc., refuses to help and replace all 3 cushions as well as the back cushions along with Leon's. I am warning everyone on google reviews not to buy any sofa furniture from Leon's and that is made by Paiano Upholstry Inc., I have lost too much money and now fighting with Leon's to get a full refund and take the damn sofa out of my home because of the above. Thanks a lot to both Paiano Upholstry and Leon's for damaging my back even more and not helping and caring for my health conditions. NICE GOING LEON'S AND PAIANO UPHOLSTRY INC!!!!!!!

Leon’s is the worst place to purchase anything. The service manager is extremely deceitful. She does nothing but lie. Buyer beware do not shop at this place. I will now get in touch with LG company. I bought this brand. It didn’t work and service manager said “I shouldn’t have bought the cheap set”. I don’t know how they stay in business. Putting their suppliers down!!!

Paid for a bed in March, nearly 2 months later and still not received the bed, I called and was told it could be another 2 months as they aren't in control of there products!! Sorry but don't sell furniture you don't have, terrible service full of lies, will not recommend and will not be back

Furniture sucks and the nonexistent return policy is bogus … 20 min sitting on a couch opposed to a couple hrs watching a show is completely different. They won’t even stand behind the comfort of the products they sell.!I will never buy anything from this Leon’s in Bancroft or any other store.

Terrible terrible company. Do not buy from Leon’s. They have done nothing but lie to me. They changed amounts on invoices. I will not talk to Service Manager in Kingston. She is incapable of telling the truth. Corporate Office does not even have the decency to call me. Unprofessional, unreliable and falsify invoices. PM me for more details.

I ordered a couch and a kitchen table with chairs and they did not have the kitchen table in stock and sent me the chairs and one wouldn’t go together so now I have to go back to the store to get a new one. They just brought my kitchen table with no hardware. This place is a freaking nightmare.

Very bad customer service. Bought sofa set on Dec 2023, promised to be delivered after 12 weeks. Then, they said we have to wait more and can't guarantee that the items will be delivered another 12 weeks. So, after waiting for 4 months, we have to wait another 3-4 months (NOT PROMISED), may be 1 or 2 years, to have a sofa to set on. SERIOUSLY!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Mustafa

Still have not heard from head office. I sent back my LG Washer and dryer because it did not work. Was told “well you shouldn’t have bought this cheap set”. They would only take this set back if I bought a different and higher costing brand. I asked for another receipt. Totals were different for set sent back. Buyers beware!!!! I will not talk to Leons Kingston due to the many many untruths. I will post until I hear from head office. Leon’s think this is just going to go away!

I purchased a tv wall mount and decided not to us it. Leon’s refuse to take it back. This is a policy that must be changed. I will never spend another cent at Leon’s.

We ordered furniture at the Cornwall, Ontario store the first week of February 2024, we were told it would be a few weeks....into week no. 9. You can leave messages but don't wait for call backs. If you manage to speak to someone it's your lucky day. Never again

After paying a 30.00 fee to have our old dryer taken away, Leon's charged us an additional 30.00 plus tax because our dryer was on a pedestal and was considered 2 pieces. That's price goughing and poor customer service.

After taking back my first LG Washer and Dryer due to not working the first time and them telling me “You shouldn’t have bought the cheap set”. I asked for the new receipt to be mailed to me and a copy of my first receipt. They sent me a different receipt than what I had for the first set. Their new receipt was for $500 less. Corporate office still has not contacted me as I will never go into Leon’s Kingston again.

Pathetic service from Leon’s. we ordered new dining table and Bunk bed in December 2023 and expected delivery was March last week of 2024. All went smooth until the sale was done, now when we have received the product we noticed issues like paint ripped and cracks on bunk bed. We’re still are ready to return the product but the concern where should our kids sleep until the bunk is replaced. Dining table paint is ripped off , one chair is missing and chair's are wobbling. We tried to reach customer service multiple times but finally we got a ruthless response and offering us 425 $ for both products. Just we want Leon’s know when someone buys a new product we trust you blindly that we receive the best product possible. If you don’t check the quality of the product before delivering it to customers, and pushing the customer to dark room. Asking us to take the pain. We feel as Leon’s is enjoying the profits by stealing customers hard earn money

Had the worst experience with Leons. Ordered a 3 seater sofa and a loveseat. The sales girl said both would be delivered within 15 days. It's been 4 months and we are still waiting g for the loveseat. The sofa arrived defective and the store is not able to give any update on the replacement. This has been such a harrowing experience. Never buying anything from Leons again. Customers please beware of this company. They are only good at making false promises.
