Very bad service. please don’t buy from this worst store. I bought a dining set 4 months back and one chair was damaged and they told me they will replace that but still waiting for that and no response from them. I paid almost 2500 for my dining set with all the plan. For heaven sake, pls don’t buy from this worst shop

We love to shop at Leons, our whole house is from Leons, the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to deal with. They take the time to help you find exactly what you want and Cindy Alton did a wonderful job helping us purchase our two lovely swivel rockers.

We recently purchased a Living room sofa, a dinning table set and a recliner chair. We are very happy with the outcome of the items purchased. Our sales representative Mr. David at the Woodstock branch, has been extremely helpful with his knowledge and recommendation on our purchases. Thank you again Leons for making my home look beautiful.

My brother and I had the good fortune of dealing with Alex Lypovenko at Leon’s 140th Street Edmonton location. We were looking to furnish a 1 bedroom apartment for my brother. Alex was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made the entire process go very easy and smoothly. We had a problem in getting 2 side chairs we had requested in time for my brothers move in date as they were on back order until October. Alex was able to replace the back ordered ones with 2 new ones that we picked out. Now our order will be complete for move in. Our delivery is scheduled for September 2nd. Alex went above and beyond in helping us and I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to see him for any future purchases they need from Leon’s. Thank you for everything Alex!!!

Bought a sofa and recliner chair at Leons 1755 Ellice Avenue Winnipeg yesterday. The sofa was a managers special and last one. Got more off than the stated price. Was very happy. The salesperson T. Liang was very helpful and knowlegable. Supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Hopefully this furniture will last. My order # is08112WPQWZG. Giving this review in hopes of winning my purchase. Thanks for the chance.

very bad services after paying 2000 for bedroom set giving us a delivery time which was different from the seller and customer service come the turn of the delivery people not the right brackets 2 times inconceivable and unprofessional how delivery people do not look at good goods or equipment the manager does not never know excused or offered free thing for compensation because already bought several times before if only to say my frustration and dissatisfaction the customer services my exit a nonsense like few delivery men and Covid does not know if will buy again and the would recommend to

We had a very positive purchase experience with Leon’s. Sumita was our salesperson. She was a kind woman who guided us throughout the merchandise in the store, but put no pressure on us. That was very much appreciated!! Also the men who delivered the furniture were careful and friendly. Thanks Leon’s! We love our coach and love seat.

I called the Mississauga Leons (201 Britannia Store) to find out about furniture. Talked to Samia there, she was very friendly and professional. She answered all my queries and help me choose my furniture.

My purchase went fine but I was promised a delivery in AM. Not until i phone, to find out its not going To be until the afternoon. It says on my bill customer needs AM delivery. Which I'll be stuck now waiting all day. Ridiculous.

We ordered a bedroom suite in November, 2021 and it has yet to arrive and we are in July, 2022. We have never been contacted by Leon’s to indicate a delay, the original delivery date was late December. We have reached out to Leon’s and received responses twice but now we can’t even get an update. We have emailed customer care and still nothing. Very disappointed with this customer service.

We ordered 2 sofas January 3rd with an estimated 2-4 weeks delivery. It is now July 18th and we still don’t have our sofas. Every time we call (monthly) we are told lies that the sofas are en route to the warehouse in Scarborough and we can expect a phone call to arrange delivery. Literally every time we call we are told we will have them in “2 weeks”. It has been over 6 months and we have nothing to show for our money. They accuse the supply chain, and that it is the same issues “everywhere” yet I have friends and family ordering their furniture after us and have had it delivered months ago. At this point I feel like Leon’s has robbed me. They took my thousands of dollars with empty promises of delivering goods that don’t exist. I will never shop here again. If I don’t receive my couches in the next month, I will be demanding a full refund and reporting them to the better business bureau. Be careful, Leon’s sells the promise of furniture, but has zero intention of fulfilling these orders.
