“Utter cowboys, filled out the forms online with correct answers yet they wanted to charge us an admin fee for amendments because the questions themselves was incorrect ie when did you get your licence? actually means when did you first start using your licence for riding? So if you got your licence then didnt actually use it straightaway then this is incorrect. Complete sham.”

“I actually got my Quote online, and then decide to actually call Lexham so i could talk to someone direct regarding my new Quote. Very happy with call handler.... very professional and polite.... importantly someone i could actualy understand.....i feel he did his best to discuss my quote and any extras or further information i needed in respect of Quote. My previous insurance Company failed me miserably.... So far so good with Lexham. Hence the 5star rating!”

“Acceptable but with the caveat I have received no confirmation of my policy which is pretty poor. I know its all electronic and Im probably ok if my vehicle hits a number plate recognition system, but peace of mind usually comes with some sort of physical confirmation.”

“CallCenter staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had some trouble getting my documents off the online portal, however once again the CallCenter staff were quick to sort it out and email me my documents. Fingers crossed I won’t have to find out what it is like claiming from you.”
