“Amazzing man I spoke to on the phone. All nice and simple. Except I need my documents for tomorrow! My insurance starts midnight and I haven’t had an email and my details they have given me to login dont log me in!!!!”

“Lexham offered to insure my new Aprilia for £600 fully comp today, my previous insurer were offering me quotes of £2,500 TPFT! Why would you want to go anywhere else? I work in the bike industry and will be fully recommending Lexham from now on. Shame there isn't a cuddly toy heading my way though ;)”

“Could tone down the almost threatening letters sent when reminding customers that there policy is due to expire shortly! Send hard copies of paperwork to customers or make it easier to download. However, very friendly and helpful staff on phone, which is a blessing these days!”

“The premium might seem reasonable initially, but any changes incur disproportionately large admin fees. They then double your premium on renewal despite a claim free year. Needless to say I went elsewhere this year.”
