“Good morning! Regarding the service, it’s a 10 out of 10, but I’m not happy! I’ve been paying your insurance for two years, and my premium has stayed the same since I started, just because I moved from SW18 to SW16. My insurance hasn’t decreased, which seems unfair. I’ve never had any issues with my bike in these two years, and I pay promptly. I still don’t understand why it remains so expensive! Even the agents found it strange; it feels like a lottery—let’s take this one out, not that one. It’s disappointing.”

“Literally terrible. Always the cheapest because they’re the worst. Phone wait times horrific, customer service horrific, when you ring them with an issue they give you the least amount of information possible so when you come back with what you thought you needed they always tell you something else you don’t have that they didn’t say you needed on the previous call. Stay away!”

“I am 4 years already with Lexham motorcycle insurance. No hassle, great quotes and fast customer response. Any deals what suits biker they listen and make it happen to see riders happy. I am experience rider, but I know a few my motorcycle club mates who are young and they told me that the Lexham motorcycle insurance is very friendly for young starters on road I will recommend this insurance group with no thinking ahead.”
