“Heard about the breakdown recovery service from a fellow electric bike owner on facebook. So I arranged it online. Could not have been simpler. And the documents arrived within a few days. All has been clear and the price very reasonable. Obviously the proof of the pudding will be if I have to make a callout but so far everything has been good.”

“I searched on Google using Go Compare and found Lexham to be the cheapest insurance with the most reasonable excess. I followed the online instructions and paid for the insurance but was then faced with an error message which forced me to call Lexham to confirm my insurance was actually live. I was then faced with a sales pitch to buy additional products, I can't help but assume the 'error' message on screen was a sales technique. Other than that. Great customer service, very timely and efficient delivery of both email and post regarding the certificate.”

“As a new customer I am not impressed with the work I am expected to do: scan/photocopy driving license, set up sharing code etc. I was also asked to give my CBT certificate but then told I didn't need to. I was not asked to give proof of NCB, but was told that I do indeed need to send this in. Like, most customers, I am after simplicity but this is the most complicated signing up process I have ever experienced in getting my insurance renewed.”
