“Recently got insurance for my scooter. And like always everyone looks very happy and helpful when it is the matter to take your money. I got third party cover and was convinced for breakdown cover too. Unfortunately I had an accident last week and when I actually needed help and advice, no one would help me. I was in the middle of the road with smashed bike, trying to call endless numbers and they just would redirect me from one number to another and wouldn't even help me with anything. I spoke to like 6 or 7 different people, saying I am in the accident and my vehicle smashed and not even one asked me, if I am ok. The only thing I heard from all of them "no we cant help you", breakdown cover is not for accidents. we dont deal with that. Extremely disappointed and upset.”

“The phone clerks were very helpful and friendly, explaining things very clearly. I was very satisfied. There are, however numerous documents one receives that relate to different aspects of the insurance which became quite confusing. It would also be useful to have a one document with a full breakdown of everything that has been paid including the amount for the initial admin fee otherwise one has to look through all the documents. Also labelling each document according to its content would help finding information more easily. Each time I've wanted to find out something about my insurance I've had to open every document.”
