“Helpful, efficient, providing more than the basic minimum, including sample 'what if' quotes. Above all, great value for money, although this may not be truly tested until, or rather, if it is necessary to claim. Thank you for changing the registration details so swiftly and with no fuss. I was slightly surprised at the potential skyrocketing of premiums if I do, indeed, move back into Glasgow. If I do so, the bike will again be in a locked garage and I will be travelling to the same place of, so why so much dearer?”

“This is a review as we leave Lexham after 3.5years, they are good prices and have good customer service and are approachable on most issues. We were able to transfer biker NCD to a car NCD which was good and painless, I've never had to claim so can't say how they are but they are brokers so will be fine i suppose. On a down side canceling at six months or so is a pain, they charged £95 as cancellation fees and justification was that they are reasonable and in the T&C's "that's how we make our money" Mmmmmm”

Lexham was half the cost of competitors with more reassurance around driving to 2 places of business - they tailored the quote to my specific needs. Very impressed with quality of service.”

“Having gone through all the questions setting up the insurance I go ahead and pay. The documents are sent and I read them all. so far so good so I buy the bike and then receive a letter stating that there must be another lock used when ever the bike is unattended, even when in a garage. That should have been stated from the very beginning. Plus a much better description of what that means, does it mean when I go to pay for fuel after filling up ? If I park at a café but sit outside is my bike covered without a lock ? It's a very vague request and reads as a get out of jail card for the insurance company if your bike is stolen. Hopefully I won't have to ever find out but it would have been better to know from the start.”
