Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Absolutley brilliant service from the team. I belive I spoke to a jack as I was on the way home from work who was very nice, friendly and helpful and didn't push me to book anything extra, although I did anyway. I then spoke to someone else and actually signed up. He was just as good and had a great sense of humor. He finished the phone call with "go on go on go ride your moped and be careful" ! Also the prices are very cheap but it's the customer service that I will remember.”

“Overall good service. Local telephone numbers that don't cost a fortune to call which was helpful because due to the fact that I'm young and this is my first time buying insurance, I wanted to clarify a few things before I bought a policy. This was quick and easy as the advisors were polite and seemed happy to help and answer any of my questions. Only fault I can think of is they need to work on internal communications as two or three different people called to see how I was getting on after I had got a quote, before I bought a policy!”

“I did panic when I received notification that there was an issue with my policy as I rely on my vehicle for work. I first spoke to Rose at your offices, she was such a calming influence and helped and supported me to find the information I needed. She took not only time and trouble to help me to resolve this but her nature made me feel everything would be worked out in the end and thanks to her knowledge, training and support I now have a fully insured vehicle which I can use to get to work and to visit family and friends.”

“Site was easy to use through gocompare, paid deposit however was hoping for first payment to be nearer end of month or given a choice when payment is as it's alot of money to pay within a short period of time and i get paid monthly so it's going to be a tight month. Good rates though. Hope this company was the right choice to take.”

“Came out the cheapest on gocompare then went to pay online but couldn't for some unspecified reason. Rang the number just to pay but had to confirm everything on the phone after which it went up by £35. Felt a frustrated and a bit cheated by that but still went ahead.”
