Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“The young lady though polite was longwinded and read out most of the information in the letter you had already sent which apart from being tedious seemed like a deliberate attempt to prolong the call for profit. Also I didn't appreciate the telesales attempts during the call. More procrastination which reminded me of the bad old days of PPI. All in all a dissapointing experience for your employee and your customer.”

“Not very happy! I did my insurance online but received no email, I then called to check and was told it wasn't worth bring third party fire and theft as they woudnt pay out as excess was same amount as bike. When I tried to cancel it I was told I'd be charged an admin fee (although nothing had gone through yet), I didn't want to pay this so agreed to third party only which I didn't want. I was then told how much that was which was a lot higher than all the other quotes I had for third party. Will not be using again”
