I found everyone that I spoke to, pleasant, helpful and easy to understand. I asked to be called back at a particular time, and I was. Staff at Lexham appear to be better trained than at other companies.

I feel that your administration charges are a bit too expensive. I have just renewed my motor insurance and the admin fee was only £10.

I'm very happy with the dealing and the handling I have had with sorting out and taking out my insurance with you and the staff on the phone I found very helpful .

quick easy process to renew my policy and was given what I think is a good price. however the amount of legal information that had to be read to me over the phone was a bit much, and to be honest I don't remember half of what was read to me.

Your agents need to be better trained and your customer services need to learn how to keep the customer updated about the events. As much as I finally got what I asked for, a lot of hassle was created due to lack of training of your agents and the fact that your customer services said they will call me back and update me soon yet 24 hours later, it was for me to call to and ask what is the latest in order to find out if my insurance went through fine.

I have used Lexham for 6 years now, and the renewal process seems as staightforward as possible, although involving a lot of paper. I have some confidence that I am getting the right cover at the best price, and useful options, such as breakdown cover (cheaper than standard RAC membership).

Excellent service! Quick - responsive and professional. Other companies (Like Just Motorbike Insurance left me on the line for 20 minutes when trying to quote) Lexham answered immediately and I was all insured in 15 - 20 minutes AND they were the cheapest quote with the best excess AND a well known underwriter. Cant rate these guys more highly. I will definitely be coming back with them next year.

I cannot complain with the price I was quoted and have accepted from Lexham. Ultimately, that is why I have decided to stay with them. However I had a grievance which I have had to suck up. They first quoted me for a 125cc bike but when the papers came through, it stated that it was for a 50cc bike. So of course when I phoned to correct it, the premium goes up. I disputed how they could have got this wrong since I only ever stated that the bike was 125cc, but they claim that neither myself or the advisor stated the cc on the bike during the call when I purchased the policy, so by my stating that it was air-cooled they "assumed" it was 50cc. How can they insure a bike and not make absolutely sure of the details?? i.e. ask clearly "WHAT IS THE ENGINE CAPACITY OF THE VEHICLE"?? rather than assume everything from what I entered in the online quote process. I therefore felt this was a deliberate exploitation of a new rider who was then left with no choice but to pay the higher premium than I was originally quoted. Only the terrible reviews and less competitive quotes of other companies led me to stay with Lexham.
