Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“quick and simple. one suggestion - you sent me a written renewal quote containing many of the T+C's, so when you call me to see if I wanted to renew, which I did, rather than have to go thru the long process of you readings out the T+C's, why cant there be a simple question where you ask if Ive read them, I say yes, ....job done! Saves about 10mins?”

“Would have rated very good had it not been for being given less than twenty four hours to produce proof of my no claimes discount. “having completed the application on line a Lexham rep contacted me to check the details submitted. The rep suggested a couple of changes these were to employment status from unemployed to student / change the model of the scooter. I was the charged an admin charge of 25 pound which I did not expect as my understanding was that we were ensuring the details of the policy were correct. Had I contacted Lexham to make a change than I could fully understand the charge. I feel very disappointed and would not recommend to others because of this despite feeling Lexham appear to be very good in all other areas”
