Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“I have been charged a direct debit rejected fee as I’ve had no email or phone call telling me when my 2nd payment would be, I paid £300 first initial payment on the 29th of last month and now, they have tried to take out another £206 3 weeks after without any notice what so ever, rubbish customer service”

“Look, I think that you, as a large company like LEXHAM, should focus on hiring people who speak Spanish or Portuguese, knowing that 70% of London drivers are Brazilian, and hiring people without a strong accent, it was very difficult to talk to your attendant, a very strong manchester accent, me and my two friends can hardly understand her”
