Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Agent (Tom) took time to go through an existing online quote to ensure everything had been captured appropriately, no pressure. Very happy with the customer service. The only downside was that it took over 30mins to get through in the first place, Tom was very apologetic.”

“They took my first month payment on a new policy without letting me know that I owed them money from a previous insurance policy I had on an old motorbike, which I was unaware off. They emailed me to tell me I owed them X amount and the policy that I just took out would be cancelled if I did not pay the money I owed. I called them and was on the phone for nearly an hour and had still not got through to speak to someone. I hung up and sent an email. Five days later and I still have not had a reply from them. This company's customer service is abysmal.”
