Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Competitive price. Phone call was reasonably prompt but I have still not heard weather my photo of previous insurer’s ‘proof on no claims’ has been accepted. It was over a week ago and the policy should go live in a week.”

“Only based on buying a policy the layout of information was super confusing. I had to sit on hold for an hour to speak to someone to explain it to me. But they just kept repeating ‘they are different options’ without being able to tell me what was actually different about them.”

“Amazing customer service, the lady attending me was fantastic but I can not give more start because all the time I contacted by phone (6 times and in different times and days) take me 45 a to 60 minutes waiting time, few I desist because I can not still waiting and get very frustrated.”
