“Customer service personnel have always been very informative and friendly. I've never had to claim so I'm not sure how Lexham would fare under that situation - hopefully will never have to find out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when it came to renewal, it was over a £100 more expensive than going in as a new customer! But I did renew with them again as they are the best:-)”

“Affordable insurance for new riders. Actually this was the best price that I have found for the similar conditions between 14 insurance company. I have taken the insurance online and it took me about 10 minutes. Overall very positive experience so far. Thanks.”

“The quote I was offered for a renewal had increased by £100 (30%) compared to prior year. I decided to browse the market and found that Lexham were offering to the public (for the same vehicle and options I had before) the price of £250 which I had been paying before. Do Lexham punish customer loyalty ?”

“I decided to use Lexham for a 2nd year, i was quoted a cheaper price this year than most comparison websites!!! Who are a pain and won't leave you alone!! My renewal saved me a further £10.. with a prompt quote, easy to renew policy and a friendly telephone service. What more could you ask for!! Thank you Lexham.”

“Was happy with the service I received last year after my bike was hit and wrote off and able to buy it back again. Unfortunately as I could not insure the bike straight away after my policy had ended was 2 months after I have now no discount on my pay monthly payment as i am classed as a new customer I am disapoined about this as I am a returning customer after all.”
