“As i was renewing my policy with the, i found the tone of the person on the phone was, in my views, quite direct and borderline rude and aggressive. Not trying to make things understandable and not paying much attention to the facts that English is not my first language.”

“Good solid customer service, but the fact it's impossible to get fire and theft insurance for a moped without the benefit far exceeding the cost is a bit disappointing.”

“Excellent service from Harriet. Answered all the questions I had about the insurance policy in a clear, easy to understand way. The policy doesn’t have tricky exclusions like other insurance so I don’t feel like the policy has been written to catch me out. For example, being able to park the bike outside (or within 200yds) of the house without invalidating my insurance policy but with an increased excess is useful.”

“Haven't made a claim yet and i am quite a new rider. have been with the company for a year, they beat all quotes by at least £150 and i didn't have to contact them to get the better price. I was happy with the people i spoke to on the phone during this process. Everyone i have spoken to has been very knowable in their field.”

“I enquired to amend my policy to include pillion cover. Received call back within 20 mins due to busy customer service. Service was prompt, incredibly quick and very reasonable. I was expecting a long drawn out affair but very pleasantly surprised.”

“Think this company is a disgrace when making a claim. 7 weeks on and nothing apart from asking for this that and the other. The Scooter was stolen for godsake. They make you feel like your the criminal everything they want. To top it off they want information but don't contact you. It's only when you contact them they say they need more information. Fully paided insurance and fully paided scooter. Wanting pictures of keys log book drivers licence and codes for driver licence. Wanting to know what other keys where with the scooter keys. Which where no relevant to them. It's disgusting stressing people out when they are meant to be there to make claims easier. When the truth is we have done most the work ringing and sending emails”

“The good thing is that if u call them, they will answer very quickly. I'm a new driver (biker) and they were the cheapest option (135pm) for 125cc (I'm 17). However the price is radicicolous, in the normal countries would be 300 per year, so I don't get why the price is up to the ceiling, but still it's not too bad.”
