“I ordered a face that arrived already scratched in an open and damaged box. After requested pictures sent I was told it was not damaged and was also a disposable product and therefore not eligible for a refund. This product was definitely scratched on arrival and is also re-used my many health care professionals by simply washing after use. I was offered a discount on my next order but why would I order anything else from a company who doesn’t work to satisfy a potential repeat customer and appears to sell poor quality products! Very disappointed and will never again order from or recommend this company!”

“I had to wait almost twelve weeks for my order. I had ordered amongst other items a 2piece tankini. When it eventually arrived I Only received the bottom of the tankini. No top. After numerous emails I have given up and obviously lost my money. Also found the material used for the T shirt rather poor quality. Will NEVER EVER order from them again!! 😡😡”

“Stay well away from this company. Received two dresses bought for a wedding didn't fit properly. Tried to fob me off with not ordering properly due sizes smaller in China and didn't do the size chart! Which I did! Trying to get items returned. No returns form in bag. Have nightmare sending e mails to try and get some action. Although return address is labeled on bag as Lenton LHR in Colnbrook. UK. Why can't we return it to them. Its gonna cost me more than the dresses to return the items! Paid by credit card hopefully I can recover my costs.”

“I have been delighted with every purchase I have made. All items have been of high quality and at a fantastic price. Delivery takes a bit long but I haven’t been in a rush for any items ordered so this hasn’t mattered. I have received some high quality bargain items already for my wedding next year.”

“Selling and charging for items they dont have. Ordered bag and shoes matching set. Noticed partial refund, contacted them told no bag. Asked for order to be cancelled and full refund, told no, had to wait for shoes to be sent, received, returned at my own cost. Postage from them takes around 4 weeks. Lodged complaint but they still sent shoes 4 days later, thanked me for my understanding and refused to deal with complaint.”

“Light in The Box appear to be a Company with access to the goods from a variety of sources and they can pass on any savings from the companies in question. Their stock is a selection of marvellous styles for all the family but which are completely of the moment. Apart from the stylish clothes, by using the 'search' facility you will find you have access to a whole world of goods you don't expect, like stylish watches. The main drawback to Light in The Box is the length of time it can take to get the goods but you won' be disappointed with the quality when they arrive.”
