“They have no proper returns policy.”

“PLEASE do not order from this company. Firstly, the items took approximately one month to arrive, secondly, all the items were very cheaply made and none of the clothes fit. They were very poor quality and looked NOTHING like the items on their website. Ships directly from CHINA. All items looked as if I purchased from a bad 99 cent door. Save your money and your time!”

“I never received my order and they say the issue is resolved if I didn’t agree I could go to another site which doesn’t exist. I am out 350.00. This is online theft”

“Initially things were going well because I accidentally placed a second order of the Sunset Lamp which was reasonably easy to do by accident and I received a full refund for the second order. However I’m still waiting for first initial which I placed on May the 5th. And I’m not sure when I will receive it, and have asked PayPal to step in to help me with this situation.”

“Happy with 2 items delivered within 14 days.. but still waiting on the 3 item in which I have emailed 4 times asking where the 3rd item is No reply & still no 3 item . . & No refund.. will not use this company again delivery on time but 3 item not on time still waiting”
