The customer service is very good they gave me great choices when I needed to return a item, but they did get back to me a little slower than I thought they would but they must have been busy due to Covid

This is , in the main , a reliable platform . Orders are shipped promptly and efficiently. Refunds dealt with promptly as well . Replacement goods can be difficult to sort out with a preference to refund rather than replace . Sizing can also be a problem for Europeans ordering from China

I've already written a positive review. Everything fine and good value for the small item (30cm male/female USB extension lead). Delivery time was six or seven weeks - much longer than anticipated. I'd given up on receiving it.

I have bought cycling clothing. I'm mostly very happy with the clothing I have bought. It is usually well made, using good materials and fit for purpose. I do find the descriptions of the products not always so easy to understand what I'm getting, making it hard to distinguish between different products. There is a tendency to throw in every key word, so that it hits all searches. I find this unhelpful and so i don't trust it. Nothing is suitable for everything. MTB clothing is not the same as road clothing - different requirements. Also it would be helpful if clothing shows suitable temperature range. i recently bought something suitable for winter, but its no good at 1 degree, so wasnt what i was looking for really. Customer service is terrific, very proactive. Delivery times are not rapid, but that's fine as the prices are low. However they seem to be better now, originally may have been due to pandemic.

My package was split in two by the company. I am waiting for the second delivery one and the first one took a month and a half to arrive. I made a review and a complaint about the situation. The company replied very quick telling me that they are dealing with the situation and offered a generous refund for all the inconveniences. I am glad that customer service is taking care and answering the reviews. Hopefully everything goes as promised and of course, if I really receive what I have been told, I would remain as client. I of course would advise the company a more transparent tracking system and a more accurate calculation for the delivery times, which would save many inconveniences.

Took around three weeks for two hoodies to arrive which then did not fit me. I have asked SIX TIMES for an address to return the items and receive a refund, which they clearly do not want to provide. My messages are either ignored or they provide other ridiculous options that are better for them, such as giving the items away and purchasing them again with a 20% discount. Ludicrous. Awful customer service and I am now £70 out of pocket. Will never use again. Update - I have now been provided a full refund including shipping costs so am satisfied either the resolution.

Website is great to navigate. Order process and payment was quick. I did have a few minor problems being able to track my package from point of order. Delivery was quick and the Cycle Jacket is great quality. Thanks you LightInTheBox. Steve
