We suggested you to send us some pictures to show if the product has a quality issue, so we could seek compensation of the return postage from the supplier. We regret to find that you could not send us any pictures. Since we were unable to verify if our product has quality issue, we could only help you return the product at your cost, due to our policy. However, I truly value you as our customer and do really want to help you. “Products are good quality and I am happy with my purchase.one item was faulty but customer service dealt with efficiently and are replacing it.The only reason I deducted a point was due to shipping as it was two weeks late so you would need to give two months if you were ordering for an event.”

“The goods I recently ordered arrived in good condition. However, they took a long time to reach me because of an incomplete address. Also, it would be a good idea to know which courier is being used. I was told that it was in the Post Office whereas it was with Fastway Couriers.”

“Having 'discovered' this company, have made several orders & received items for self or family. Delivery times somewhat lengthy, but reliable. Packing as expected. Items such a T shirts well printed, although extremely thin material; too soon to judge but promising. Hence 4 'brownie' points!”

“The designs are delightful! But... The guide to sizes is insufficient S M L need measurements too - I bought 3 items in Medium: One is spacious, one is a good fit One is skin tight and not wearable for me, being 6 inches less wide!”
